At least this guy is putting the name in the description now. He used to just butcher the name and not write it down anywhere so you could never find out who the person was. He has a formula and it's to get views while giving as little direct credit as possible.
Ok, it's a trap bar lift, but still way more impressive than any sumo lift with that weight
On average it does appear to be around the range of motion of most sumo deadlifts so it's probably pretty comparable in difficulty. Would really need to get a ruler and measure it to find out which is a greater ROM for the same person

@@stevelau7694 ROM is not indictive of difficulty. You sound like an amateur. 🤦 Joint range of motion and moment arm is. Trap bar is the most effective way to deadlift, for the most weight possible, because the moment arm doesn't exist. The weight is in line with your body
Personally I don’t know why everyone is against trap bar. My trap bar deadlift is only 20 pounds more than my conventional deadlift. The trap bar is only slightly easier. It’s still a good deadlift variation and it’s safer for you’re back.
Well i deadlift about 135 pounds More with a trap bar than in conventional deadlift and i think its common
