I knew he was good before the UFC but that fight really showed who he was
How he survived that headkick from Jai was equally as impressive as the bomb of a right hand he detonated on Jais jaw.

Unless you're well rounded, you ain't seeing the belt in UFC in todays day and age, hope Bryce will see that his grappling is a 9 of 10 but his striking is a 2 of 10 and he will hopefully improve, if he sticks to grappling, he will be a gatekeeper/journeyman forever. Unless you have Khabib level grappling, cardio AND strength, you will never see that belt as a grappler in ANY division. The fact that this dude is 25 and is as good as he is and well rounded, just insane.

@@TheRolly11 Ngannou learned counter wrestling to get the belt from Stipe, and he kept his belt from Cyril by wrestling, so your statement is just False. Alex fought another kickboxer whom he already beat twice, so they are both specialists in a division with almost no good grapplers so it doesn't matter. Sterling still has decent striking, he is not a Ben Askren, Bryce Mitchell or Demian maya sort of specialist, he is more well rounded, yes his grappling is his strong point, but his striking isn't as terrible as some other specialists.
Being born in a war zone will do that vs 75 percent of mma being American it's not much competiton.... They're problem is what milk to buy or what they get for Christmas. Most have never known real problems like idk staying alive.
