Even with the weight handicap, it is still overwhelming. It's frustrating, but Bautista is the strongest. He was so fast that it made the race boring.
He's only won one race tho and this is his favourite track , fingers crossed there is some competition this year
The main thing is about if he have a good bike and suits him. Is a beast even with the extra weight. Lets see how it goes for the rest of the year but I think he will have other chance to take some wins. But is clear now everyone is closer really due to concessions and the new capciosus combined weight rule. Even did a podium wiht Honda here. I think Bautista and Razgatioglu are over the others in talent. Cheers.

Can someone please explain how the standings work, How come Bulega hass 87 points Bautista has 75 and Razgatlioglu has 71 ?

Cut RPM and additional ballast 7 Kg is garbage decision and Bautista is the best one to beat.
Why cut the ballast? Do you want to make it unfair?
They should increase the ballast , minimum weight 90kg with gear on , that's still a very light person 75kg
Another poor decision by WSBK was 2014 open formula to prepare the next years. They obligated everyone to have only one configuration of gear box for the whole championship, wich conditioned everything for worse. I think it still like that. ... And some other details in that time.

No watch his comeback and overtakes in race 1, he did moves in a lot of different corners in this track
Two earlier races he fought from P14 to P3 and P11 to P3 (P1 before Raz overtake), his overtakes were in braking points and corners, you should watch the race highlights

He can overtake anywhere with that factory Ducati 😂 and especially still on the straight as he's still the lightest by some distance, he should carry another 7kg on top 😂

How fast would Bautista be if he's not handicapped? and extra weight is so unfair, what's next break limit for Toprak? or late braking is the only talent allowed so if you're not heavy enough don't join racing, because they will ruin you with stupid rules... little by little this is going to the same way F1 has gone, ultimately turn into another scripted/friction/drama show instead of sport/racing just get more viewers.

@@nathanstone2635 it's not his fault... if some game favors tall people, short people don't get to wear heels to balance the height advantage. also adding weight is different from being just heavy, bike control and strain on the body in races affect the rider much more negatively and ruins his racing ability.

Why should one rider have more power available (power to weight ratio) , weight ballast makes it a level playing field. Bautista without the weight penalty is equivalent of an athletics athlete taking PED's 😂
absolutley not agree, thats ambigupus and depends a lot of the context, in some cases tall people will have advantage due to more capable of handling the bike and small riders cound´t warm so well the tyres as them, for example MotoGP during 2006 and 2012, in others small talented riders are able to warm well the tyres and have the ability and talent to perform well like now. Thats all.
The Ducati is unbeatable and with Bautista back at his 100% will sweep the floor for the top 2 position at most circuits and destroy the Chances of other teams' challenges. Bullega can be a strong title contender but Alvaro will not be beaten easily.

It's the 1rst victory this year beach, if you are a looser you are, bautista is the best so sharap. You are false, this year have the same kilograms because added kilograms in the bike, and this year the Ducati top speed its the same of other bikes

Beautiful comment. #19 is a little guy at 40 years old but official reduced his bike RPM, added 8 kg ballast because Redding, Toprak, Rea complained all his domination and they never know it's the hardest race for Bautista in the rest of his career.
@@YZCDesignTechstill bautista, check his race pace in this race, all in 1.42"s, you cant compare Redding and Gerloff to Iannone and Bulega, the two latter are better racers
He won one race out of 6 instead of all 6 so I guess it kinda worked for the time being , he's only carrying 6-7kg , still has a weight advantage over most of the grid and best bike so you don't need to feel sorry for him 👍
