I don't think he understood how much harder you get hit at 168. I was in the high 60s low 70s. Felt too weak in the 60's, felt %100 at 173, tried 180, and ran my ass back down to the 170s. 5 pounds of muscle is a WHOLE hell of a lot of power when it's in the shoulders, chest and triceps!
