Fun fact: The car was originally suppose to start, but during shooting, it didn't work. It ended up working out so well, they left it there. They did a retake though of it so everyone was in character.

As a 90s kid Seinfeld was over long before I could appreciate it. When I eventually got around to it, Season 3 is where it clicked. I remember I watched some 7 or 8 episodes in a row one late night starting with the Parking Garage, and I just couldn't get enough of it. The characters, the situations, the writing and obviously the stellar acting.. it all went together so perfectly. I wish I could experience it again for the first time!

As much as I love Seinfeld, and believe me I do, I don't think it's the best show ever on tv. Just my opinion, but I would reserve the best show ever on The Office (U.S. version). Other notable, brilliantly written and hilariously funny sitcoms include King of Queens and Arrested Development. The latter two mentioned shows were so underappreciated. What a shame.

Yeah, the car was supposed to start at the end. As far as everyone laughing their asses off at George's sneeze, I think it's because everyone was focused on Elaine after her very loud and violent smack against the wall. I still think one of the funniest bloopers that should’ve been included, was the one, when Kramer was smoking a cigar, and that added part to his hair caught fire, and he went in the bathroom and came out with it in his hand.

The car park episode where Kramer couldn't start the car was the very first episode of Seinfeld I saw. One late night in late september 1993. I was channel surfing and watched this episode and thought very funny. Little realising for the rest of the 1990s I would be hooked on Seinfeld. One of the best comedy tv shows to ever come out of America.

Fun fact: The car was originally suppose to start, but during shooting, it didn't work. It ended up working out so well, they left it there. They did a retake though of it so everyone was in character.

@cola00000 You're correct. In "The Ultimate Guide to Seinfeld" from Entertainment Weekly (and in Wikipedia), that was the take they decided to use since it was such a befitting way to end the episode, with no retake necessary. And, you can even see Jason Alexander laughing in the backseat.

As a 90s kid Seinfeld was over long before I could appreciate it. When I eventually got around to it, Season 3 is where it clicked. I remember I watched some 7 or 8 episodes in a row one late night starting with the Parking Garage, and I just couldn't get enough of it. The characters, the situations, the writing and obviously the stellar acting.. it all went together so perfectly. I wish I could experience it again for the first time!
I love the fact that the car not starting in that garage episode was an amazing unplanned coincidence that ended up being in the final cut.

I always say, Seinfeld is the best show to come out of American television. I just love it. Even as a kid, I loved it. Being in my late 30s, I love it still.
As much as I love Seinfeld, and believe me I do, I don't think it's the best show ever on tv. Just my opinion, but I would reserve the best show ever on The Office (U.S. version). Other notable, brilliantly written and hilariously funny sitcoms include King of Queens and Arrested Development. The latter two mentioned shows were so underappreciated. What a shame.
Good vote, Office was solid. I certainly favor Seinfeld though (esp. seasons 4,5,6). Would even have to put Frasier above Office. Talk about great writing, and K. Grammer & DHP were *gold* . I agree about Kof Q too, great & feels underappreciated. 🙏🏾 @@reruddock
