The only thing that’s worth its in the bundle is the black shark v2x. Personally not my cup of tea, but seem to be very solid from the reviews online. I won’t pay more than $70 for the keyboard, you can get true mechanical at that price range, and while the viper seems sick, $80 is way too much considering other options such as the model O that’s out there. Mousepad that size would probably cost like $15-20, but razer tax exist. TBH, buying this pack won’t be the worse thing, the only thing that sucks is the keyboard. Edit: Just realized that the ornate is on sale for $70, but I still won’t pay for it cause there’s still ACTUAL mechanical keyboard out there for that price point and less. It’s probably better to just save $20 and get the huntsman/backwidowinstead

3:38 Yup, just means they cheaped out on that mouse a little just for the bundle. This is very well known when it comes to black friday "deals" where the model numbers are basically the same as the real thing but with cheaper parts to lower cost.
So far I've bought a Blackwidow Elite with orange switches, a Huntsman with the clicky opto-mechanical switches, and the Viper Ultimate and don't see any of these in their holiday bundle. Luckily I've managed to buy all of these at massive discounts thanks to Razer's Amazon sales in the past few months so the prices on their own weren't too bad. So far I'm loving all the stuff but they need to bring back the hybrid type mouse matswhere it's rigid like a hard pad but soft on top like a cloth pad. The Megasoma is no longer sold and so far nothing matches my SteelSeries 5L (of which I'm preserving as I'm using the Gamers Nexus mouse mat for general use).
This would be way better with the black widow v3 tkl wired instead as a keyboard

Exactly. 100 dollars for a mechanical HYBRID. You can get actual mechanical keyboards for half the price, they put maybe 15 bucks into making that thing and slapped "Razer" onto it and boom 10x what its worth.
I saw this exact bundle at Best Buy yesterday, just saying. I did a double take, when I saw the price. Definitely would have snagged one of these up, had I been in the market.
I found the items on Amazon, and the final price individually is around $200 USD. So its a pretty decent deal ngl.

I got lucky enough to get a razer bundle with the regular razer viper the razer kraken x lite and the razer cynosa lite and it is so good I would definitely recommend one of these

Odd choice to include the Ornata in it, IMO, because the other 3 products are top of the line in their category at Razer.
I mean, just put the normal huntsman, the ornate sells for $100 which is a scam, and the base huntsman has been $90 for basically the entire year.

how does it have a garbage switch, its membrane with a metallic thing to make it sound like a real switch....its literally a membrane keyboard with a "mod"
its not a coating on the keyboard, its a grained surface finish applied to the plastic either EDM or laser etched and from the looks of it its quite a high level maybe VDI 38+
i litteraly just removed the clickers on the ornata. I have mod video on it. You can remove them or press them down so they don't click. Gives it different feel.

It would be one thing if you were paying for a premium quality, or like supremely polished features, but you're not, razer is renown for making flat out overpriced garbage. And both Logitech and Corsair have not made anything near the bullshit $200 pricetag they're charging. And I say this having owned both of their products previously. You're literally paying for a name and nothing else. And the other thing that's criminal about their keyboards is in this day and age they're STILL not making hot swappable switches, for $200 the least they can do is include that feature. And red dragon did include it for less than half the price.
MAN idk, i recently got the blackshark pro's and i was UNIMPRESSED. i had to return them because no matter what i did, i could not get the sound to be decent. The connection was terrible. i took up to 15-20 mins each time, to actually connect and not just on my main computer but multiple. dont get me wrong the fit was incredible, but them actually working is key. NOW i realize this might be a singled out case, but still worth mentioning

My local retailer had the Blackwidow Mercury Edition for $50. It is the exact same as the regular Blackwidow, but in white. As far as I can tell it really is the same. It has the same switches, same keys(but white), same RGB, same software compatibility, same braided cable. It has the green Razer mechanical keys on it. I think I got a complete bargain, really. I like the keyboard so far. I don't mind the white getting dirty. Since I work in retail I wash my hands frequently and I take this habit home with me.
except the ornata doesnt have key rollover so have fun playing any fps with abilities in pressing more than 3 keys at once

My ornata switches are breaking one by one. That translucent material is great for the rgb but it breaks more easily than normal switches.
Razer really should make the Ornata use the new cherry viola switches. If they do, I would buy the Ornata like instantly
