decided to try out the fitness test for the British army and brought a friend along to try it with me
if there's any other fitness tests you think I should try leave them in the comments below and i'll give it a go. Nothing that's going to cause permanent damage though haha or maybe that will be fun

This video was LOL's! 👏🏼 I've just been through the same test a few weeks ago and can confirm that it is not fun or easy. Granted it's more bearable in some ways with thr right kit and not duffel bags but we have to carry our rifle through all the timed tabs so you can't even swing your arms for momentum or distraction.

Didn’t do all the tests correctly but good effort fire and manoeuvre and crawl done as one test also need 15 kg weight for it Jerry can is 4x 60 meters and weighted March must be done in 48 to 50 min not faster than 48
Well thanks for the update maybe I'll give it another go, unfortunately I don't own a gun so can't fire and manoeuvre anything you would suggest to substitute it? and do you have any other military fitness tests I should try?
