    • @Velvet Kush that being said Connor did humiliate him on the feet, Connor isn’t a brawler like Eddie at the time he was distance manager and precision striker especially with his karate.

      @sevenwaystolive3817@sevenwaystolive38172 жыл бұрын
    • @Velvet Kush he has good boxing it was just Connor was a much more dynamic striker he made Eddie look like he didn’t belong there. That’s how good Connor was at the time. Also I think a truly motivated and prepared could have beat khabib. I say COULD meaning it’s a possibility. If Connor fought Eddie then defended against khabib right after we would have seen a whole different press conference and fight.

    • @@26michaeluk agree with both of your comments. I honestly think Conor in the Diaz rematch was one of the best versions of him we’ve ever seen. He was tactical with leg kicks, crisp boxing, paced himself, went through adversity, got tired but got a second wind. Yes, his performance against Alvarez was more of a spectacle, but I think he was better vs Diaz. And 1000%, he’s not a coward and he’s definitely a warrior. I don’t agree with a lot of what he’s done in recent years but you can’t discredit him or his career as a whole. I do think if he and Diaz fought 10 times, Diaz would probably win 7 or 8 of those. I got a soft spot for Colby's schtick after seeing him being real, talking with that kid about becoming a fighter. "You should show this side of yourself more." "It doesn't sell". Conor's gimmick isn't all he is, but i could see it grew bigger than him extremely quickly. Faced with that amount of money and fame, alot of people would also ride that ego till the wheels fall off. You're makin millions, everyones screaming your name, so so easy to just step it up a little more, a little more, step by step until you're "Crazy as a box of spiders". not giving him a pass for what he's done, but i feel less judgment, more understanding that it could happen to anyone in that position.
