My dog had a similar issue. We did Sulphur dips and it stopped it. Also we had to give him A LOT of benadryl.

I have 2 dogs, one has lupus, the other is 'fine' but is a big paw licker. But when the seasons change or when it rains, both dogs are huge lickers and chewers of their coats. I actually got it managed by giving them benadryl every day with their breakfast. I went from my lupus dog ripping off his nails on his paws almost every 2 months... To barely licking them. Anyway, talk with your vet... It might be something you may want to try.
Has the vet said that dressing up your dog irritates his skin? Especially if you are dressing him up in clothes from asos, this can cause a great deal of discomfort

This isn’t a flat it’s a 4 bedroom house lol!
Its not about the size of the house, its how you spend time with your dog. Very large dogs can live in small flats given they have the required simulation and exercise.
