雨水が入ってゴポゴポ…錆びて再起不能になる前に処置します！
まずは水抜きが先決、ついでに気になる部分もお手入れです(^^♪

Rainwater? When you pulled the cylinder head and we saw the sludge on top of the piston I thought the engine was just pulled out of the mud from the bottom of an irrigation canal. I watch a couple other engine repair youtube channels where they all have powered parts washers and heated ultrasonic cleaners and there you are hand washing parts in a plastic bin. I remember well my father washing disassembled power equipment parts in a cast off dish pan with a little kerosene and an old wire brush (or an old paint brush for delicate parts!) Thank you for keeping these old cast iron engines running and letting us watch you do it.

Such a Fine Engine! You even kept it dirty, only removing what was needed to run the Engine allowing it to keep its Character! Wish we had more Engines like this in the US, Such a interesting Design!

That was a surprise when you took the fan off to re-bearing it! I thought it was air-cooled. To see that little radiator back behind....You sir are a MASTER Mechanic! Keith L.

Без специального инструмента, молотком, отвёрткой и несколькими ключами, сделать профилактику моторчика может наверное только китаец. Если бы так в Поднебесной на заводах собирались двигатели - цены б им не было.

Great video!! Love this repair!! If I may suggest, I learned from a machinist when starting a tap use the drill press. It is straight and more precise than eyeballing it. Just a suggestion anyway. I am a machanic too!! :)

Hola amigo del Japón... este video me hizo recordar a los micro tractores "Tiller TOBATA/Kubota Diesel made in Brazil" (Tobata ---> 戸畑区) a los micro tractores de dos ruedas y el motor de un cilindro) en wikipedia japonés le dicen --> 耕耘機 y así como la motocicleta Honda CG 125, el motor diesel modelo Yanmar / Kubota es el más copiado que existe por todo el resto de los fabricantes. Muchas gracias por el video amigo del Japón... Acá desde Paraguay siempre admiramos la gran calidad japonesa.

Quick question. I have a Kubota GA85. What model injector pump are they supposed to have? The reason I'm asking is because i think it has the wrong one on it. The engine is running very bad.

😲Wooowwww, very good man 💪, but i have seen other engines like this with a little generator in that fan to be used to get a front spot light, and this one doesn't have it 🤔.

Nice work friend we have one kubota power tiller and I am doing the repair works now the engine have starting trouble and if started it runs like shortage of diesel but the tank is full please advise

Taiwan have their version of this engine too made by Eing Hing engineering works, farmers use them on their carts

海辺や船舶関係では特に塩害の為に部材がアルミで鉄製のボルトが折れ込んだらガスで灸据えるのもままならずまともに折れ込み抜き取るのに泣かされる(既に次の段階のヘリサートインサートが頭をよぎる)

- I don't know the exact number. So I decide the torque by the thickness of the bolt.
