Yours is the best Euclidean vid I've seen so far. Not least because unlike some others you don't block the module with your hand when making adjustments.

Great demo! Buying one of these tomorrow! Also, may I ask what TipTop modules you are using? The high hats are what i'm looking for and trying to frankenstein the best of the 909 and 808

Thanks for the lovely comment. So, those are the Tip Top 808 Hats and I think they are fantastic. The 2HP Hat module is also good but if you want that traditional sound go for the TT808 Hats. Another module I adore is the WMD Crucible but I use that differently. The TT808 is the one of a few modules I am keeping in my rack after working with my Rossum Assimil8or and replacing many sounds with very good quality samples. I also think the TT808 Rimshot and TT808 Snare and TT909 Clap are excellent. The TT808 Bass Drum is a bit lethargic for me so I use a sample instead. You can not go wrong with Euclidean Circles either, just read the manual and realise that the main encoder colour refers to the step length, quantity and rotate functions and you are gold.

@@steveturner1815 Wow! That’s just the help I was looking for! Been watching TipTop demos all day trying to piece together the best of all worlds, so this will definitely inform my new kit. Getting rid of the Mito Moffenzef in favor of Euclidean Circles which seems like so much more programmable fun! Appreciate your input! ^_^

This is phenomenal, I like your composition and demonstration style. I really want a Euclidean module but I do all my drums in the DAW 🤦♂️ smh

Thank you Ryan. This is a wonderful module for sure, and you can use it not just on drums but also melody parts or whatever.

Steve Turner could I use this to sequence my Moog Grandmother?
@zaneaustin224 жыл бұрын
@@zaneaustin22 I am so sorry I just saw your comment. Well, yes you could use it to send triggers to your Moog however you would want to have pitch control too, which it does not do. If you want a fully featured and easy to use sequencer check out the Vector by Five12. It does basically everything.

thank you for the positive comment. I dont have a great setup to record these but enjoy doing it. I have since purchased the 2hp 6 mute switcher that pairs with it. Really fun.

FANTASTIC! What is the module to the right with the sliders? Thanks for this!

John Biggers that’s a Michigan synthworks Twiigs. It’s a mutable instruments inspired module but with double the capacity. I love it.

John Biggers I cant remember what I did but yes I do that a lot more split gates from a single source to multiple envelopes for weighted random vco voicings.

i'm confused. the Kick for example is the sound comingfrom internal of the Eculidian Circles V2 or is it externally ran IN and the Circles V2 is just triggering that kick?

The EC doesn’t make any sound. It only triggers.
