This edition of Slovenian Poker Tour brought a lot of action to Kings Resort in Rozvadov. It was Karlovarsky Kral who was cruising through tournament with massive stack. Owning more than half of the chips in the tournament Kral was making all the calls and plays trying to eliminate his opponents. This brought him to heads up where he met Maurizio Pisciotti while still being a chipleader. His opponent Maurizio was playing solid poker, waiting for opportunities, successfully bluffing in the right spots. Maurizio proved to be a tough opponent for Kral flipping the chipleader status only to seal the deal in a big hand where both players flopped trips. At first Maurizio and Kral slow played their strong hands but ultimately the chips went in after the war on the river and the Ace kicker decided the champion of this edition of Slovenian Poker Tour.
