Another tip, you can actually see cams clearly when lights are sabotaged. The killer probably won't be paying attention to cams when they're fully focused on getting a kill before lights are fixed, so its a perfect time to catch the imposter

I know a GREAT trick for catching impostors. It has pulled a victory for my crew so many times. I call it, "the double take". When you bump into a room that has 2 players in it, and you suspect at least one of them to be an impostor, leave the room, and then come back a few seconds later. If one of them is the impostor, they wouldn't dare kill with you around, but if you leave, they'll think the coast is clear, and likely make a move to kill the other player. Then, when you walk back into the room, you can catch them in the act red handed. As soon as an impostor thinks they're alone with a potential victim, they just can't resist going for the kill. With this trick, I'm most often the one who catches the impostor when I'm a crewmate.

9:30 From my personal experience it's better to take a look at the button's cooldown and sabotage reactor last second, then after the other 2 players fix it, close the doors to upper and lower engine (and then to cafeteria if your kill cooldown hasn't ended after closing the engines), you can steal a lot of time doing this and basically secure your last kill

something else to note about the click skip at begining is, as the game tells you what you are, you can actually still move. although you cant see where you're going, you can still get a general headstart in most maps. give it a try, i promise you it helps a tonne

Tip: If you are impostor and kill someone in front of someone, report the body and then accuse them heavily, then usually that person will be voted off, and then next theyll vote you. You should then sabatoge so no one can emergency meeting(kill cooldown) and you should get an extra kill. This helpsnif your playing with another imposter

I am having a tip in among us. When you are the imposter and click on sabatoge and click on close doors of electric and sabatoge lights, lights get sabatoged and the doors are locked so it takes the crewmates time to fix the sabotoge. Please try it out.

I mean, Among Us is only so big right now because KZheadrs and Twitch streamers drew attention to it. It's been out 2 years and most people hadn't even heard of it until recently. The popularity that these people have drawn to the game has revitalised it. The Devs went from having literally no plans for an unsuccessful game, to announcing a sequel to announcing that they're going to work to improve it now. That's a win for everyone, the Dev's hard work is acknowledged, appreciated and rewarded, gamers find a new and interesting game to explore, KZheadrs and Twitch streamers get new content to release and gamers win a second time because the new game they found is going to be improved and reworked to be even better.

One of the best tips i personally use is that when you're an imposter, go in cams, sabotage the gates of cams, medbay and electricals all together, vent, look for someone to kill and then quickly vent back to cams and tell everyone that you were on cams the whole time.

Keeping quiet truly is a good strategy at times. I accidentally called an emergency meeting and just kept quiet since i knew no one would believe it was a mistake. For some reason, everyone just turned on each other out of nowhere and i had one of the smoothest Impostor rounds the game had ever seen since everyone was at each other's throats [i still got no idea why since it was very obvious i called the meeting and kept quiet].

I just wanna say something I do. When I'm an Imposter, I don't usually accuse people unless they accuse me. If I do accuse someone I usually say "I think" to start the sentence to make it seem like I don't know. It makes me seem more innocent!

This is good for beginners exept for that tip with doing lights when there’s 3 left. You should do reactor because it forces both crewmates to have to go fix it where lights one can go fix it while the other spams the button. I mean lights are the worst thing you can hit. Here’s a order of the best sabos to do at 3 people left from worst to best: lights, comms, oxygen, and reactor.

For the one about moving when sabotaging, I know a way to expand on that. Be in a group with a few people, then when someone stops moving, instantly sabotage. Then, the others in the group will sus on them.

Skip, now you mention the first tip, one time i was watching vitals for a really long time and on a certain point i saw someone was dead and a tiny heart rate speed difference on one of the other people which made me help win the match as a crewmate so yes, it's possible to find out who the imposter is by using vitals but it requires a LOT of patience

When either impostor or crewmate, use phrases such as “I Think”, “I can’t be sure”, or “Maybe”. It’ll make others less suspicious, and is better than just accusing.

Haven’t played along us in a hot minute so I needed a refresher on tips. Back in the day I got kicked out of a lobby cuz I got two imposter wins in a row. But tbh busting the imposters is more satisfying.
In Polus, the key task will match the crewmates number. Keyhole 1 is the first crewmate, left top-middle is the 2nd, left middle is 3rd, and so on
Tip: The shields task IS visual. The lights outside the ship will turn on

It's impossible to sabotage while near a vent, because you will just go into the vent. Unless you are far enough from the vent.
My one Among Us tip is similar to tip 5: When you're the imposter and in 02 or admin (02 works better) 'trying to fix the sabotage', enter in the right code, but don't redeem/put it in yet. Only put it in when someone walks into the room with you, so they assume you only just came in and did it. And, if no one comes in, obviously don't do the code, so the countdown drops down and you win.

Here’s another tip for sabotage : sabotage when faking a task so that they think you were just doing your task when the ship got sabotaged Edit : another tip for polus is to go to storage and go on top of the crates between the crate closest to the room and the wall at the entrance the shadow glitches and you can see inside the storage without the impostor venting or killing seeing you
Another tip When u r imposter and u need to kill 1 person 2 win, comms sabo might be more useful then lights cuz it takes some people really long to fix it so ur kill cooldown is over and the crewmates are on a silver platter in the comms room
Also, for this tip. Know the task you are on and wait 1 maybe 2 seconds before running
@@noidea1668 adding to that, comms is actually on a gold platter rather than a silver. Only problem is, it's pretty dusty. The disadvantage it gives is barely any compared to others. If you get everyone in a clump, kill and report, then create an excuse and accuse a random player (e.g. "I saw blue teleport to the body"). Though this might work better in electrical as barely vision is given to the Crew
@@Krakyy but if everyone is fixing comms the screen will pop up and cover up any evidence stating otherwise so they have to believe me and i agree lights is a useful sabo since u can kill any stray crewmates heading down to lights and have an airtight alibi but there is the problem that in the final stage when its just u and 2 crewmates the lights sabo can be fixed by 1 crewmate while the other camps the button u can mess with the lights and turn them off again and again but ur kill cooldown wont get over in that time and if u wait for the kill cooldown lights will be fixed a meeting will be called and u will be ejected

i see absolutely no one talking about the fact that WIRES is a common task just like admin swipe. its either all of the crews will have wires or none, very few people know this so whenever u see an impo doing wires (on various points on the map be it elec nav storage admin security cafe) u can 100% vote them out cuz they r 100% the impo

The facts are very helpfull!
Tip 26: if you clear crewmates at card swipe it will clear up around 4 people and if bar doesn't move while someone's leaving card swipe, u know who it is. It mostly if not all the time works
When it’s 1 imposter and 2 crew mates left you can also call oxygen sabotage. Oxygen is a sabotage that requires the two crew mates to split up, all you need to do as a imposter is go into o2 or admin. Really, if it’s imposter vs 2 crew mates and you call a crisis, it’s a guaranteed win.
Actually it is possible to solo o2, reactor is far better, they psychically cant do reactor

One trick I find really useful as impostor with a teammate is to say, “The other impostor is [person you know is innocent]” when you know you’re gonna get voted out. Chances are the crew mates will believe you and vote off the innocent player, and they’ll have wasted a vote. I would personally believe this if I was a crewmate because I would believe the impostor would be salty enough to accuse their teammate and make the game end.
I’ve done this several times and it works every time

The tip about sabotaging the lights when there's 1 impostor and 2 crewmates is not a good tip because if the crewmates cooperate one of them could go and repair the lights before the kill cooldown goes down and the other waits at the button. A better idea is to sabotage reactor where both of them are needed and if they solve it before the kill cooldown you can close the doors
