Lewis at Monaco in memory of Niki .. or if I’m cheeky to suggest a second it would be Damon hill winning for Jordan
Hi Nico, I am codesigning a suspensions at my company together with TRE GmbH. I hope one day to meet you there.
1957 Italian GP 1st-Moss 2nd-Fangio 3rd-von Trips Why? Moss lapped the field and half-lapped Fangio
The 1993 Spain podium. The one and only time Schumacher, Senna and Prost shared a podium. Historical!
Oh yeah good choice!
Senna, Lauda and Prost for me..
Yes also my favorite!
Agreed!
Indeed historical. I watched the whole race. Really absurd seeing what that Williams could do.
Sakhir last year. As a Mexican we were completely in tears for Checo, finally winning after 10 years in F1. It was also a unexpected podium as well with first timer Ocon and Lance in third. 🥰

Alonso, Räikkönen, Schumacher was a nice podium. Three legends with 10 titles and of course Michael's last podium
This is also my Favorite one.
Raikonnen is the most overrated driver who has been beaten by teammates almost every season
@@divyanshtiwari3547 What? That's wrong. He beat his teammate in 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 09, 12, 13, 19 and 20, which are 10 seasons On the other side he lost the battle in 01, 02, 08, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, which are 8 seasons. So he won more battles than he lost. He is definitely not overrated. His worst seasons were at the beginning from the hybrid era, but there he wasn't hungry anymore and was the clear number 2 behind Alonso or Vettel. At his prime in the 2000s he was often at the same level with Alonso and Schumacher. And also 2012-13 he was the best driver on the grid, until the time when the tyres were changed (which, by the way, was also a problem for him in the hybrid era beginnings)
@@marcelnasenbar1910 that v10 Mercedes mclaren looked amazing with him in it. Sadly he couldn’t get one with reliability issues
@@dbabu51 Yes, it was a bit sad. He deserved one title with McLaren. But finally he got one, so it's not so bad 😃
Best podium: Senna in brazil 1991 in front of his home crowd. His "ahhhhhhhhhh" in the team radio, unbelievable
Senna, Prost, Hill (Last race by prost, and great spotsmanship by senna) Australia 1993
Awesome choice!!! 👍
For me its the 2000 emotional Rubens Barichello rain win! P18 during the race, rain, stress and an unexpected 1st win of his carrer! The tears in his eyes has shown how much preasue is on F1 drivers
My favorite is Gasly”s first win. With everything he had to deal with the previous year, the raw emotion of him sitting on the podium after the ceremony was fantastic. He’s a good kid and a great driver and deserved that win.
I really hope Gasly will eventually have a competitive car that could challenge on every race. He genuinely feels like a World Champion material stuck in difficult position. Alain Prost was sacked by McLaren early in his career and then later sacked again by Ferrari. Jenson Button also released by Williams to make way for Juan Pablo Montoya and then again by Renault for Fernando Alonso and was almost out of drives when Honda left the sports. But they still manage to found their luck and become World Champion. I hope Gasly will eventually be a champion
When gasly won in italy because it was such a huge payback story after losing his seat at redbull + after the loss of his good friend humbert...
Hubert
I support your opinion that Italy 2020 is a special podium. Gasly in P1 is amazing due to the reasons you have said, but also for Sainz as he scored his last podium for McLaren before leaving and also for Stroll after his unlucky incident with Seb in 2019 at that circuit. Overall that race was a roller coaster of emotions almost on par with Hockenheim 2019, but that's another story.
@@LOOOOOOOOOOOL96 yessir!
you are so right as a french i was in tears this day
Last years CHECO's P1 finish is definitely one of the best wins in my mind. Lovely driving and the emotions in the end was just soo much to handle. Seeing him crying sitting there at the top knowing he didn't have a car to drive next year was sad but the victory was soo sweet and emotional that I couldn't hold myself. that's the best one in my mind and will be there till my last breath.
And how he got a seat with RB. Suck it Lawrence
Schumachers won the race for his mom on the day she died. Surprised me .
Small side note that him and Ralf also locked out the front row in qualifying

As a kid growing up in Canada, the Jerez 97 podium with Villeneuve, Coultard and Hakkinen made me fall in love with F1.

Checo: Bahrain 🇧🇭: P1 Last years race was a testament to his mastery of tire management
Has to be the Gasly, Sainz, Stroll podium in Monza last year! After the whole story behind Gasly and Red Bull, for him to final prove himself was amazing to see!
My favourite podium so far is Spain 2012, I know lot of people make fun of Pastor Maldonado but he won that race fair and square, no rain, no red flags, no incidents beating Fernando who was not in a best car of a time but Alonso was the beast in 2012, which is very very impressive feat.
Best Podium for me: 💯 Valencia 2012 Fernando Alonso Kimi Räikkönen Michael Schumacher
Gasly’s win at Monza made me cry, I was so happy for him. I wanted him at my team, Ferrari, over every other driver since his podium in Brazil 2019. Of course, had you still been available I would have wanted you to drive for us, but I had a feeling that after your Mercedes drive that you weren’t going to want to drive for us at any point going forward, although I would’ve loved to see another Deutscher Weltmeister in red.
My Favourite Podium was the 2020 Austrian Podium, with Bottas, Charles and Lando. As a newer F1 fan, and younger, cheering on Lando as he pushed to clinch the p3 spot on the last lap was the most exhilarating thing i have ever watched, and has grown a love for this sport

Valencia 2012! Seeing Alonso, Raikkonen and Schumacher share the podium again was very special.
I've missed a few videos, but this has been my favourite track analysis, so detailed about the wind, needing to be so smooth through certain corners and the longitudinal and lateral force and their impact.
The sakhir 2020 podium Perez Ocon and Stroll... As a huge fan of Checo seeing him win for the first time with that unbelievable comeback... I will never forget that race As for Ocon and Stroll I was incredibly happy for both, as they were criticized too much
This may not be the most popular, but for me it was the 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Seeing Seb back on the podium, Checo's first win for Red Bull and Gasly vs Lecelerc was fun to watch.
Piere Gasly italian GP 2020. That win was like out of a movie. Having been demoted from Redbull and than fighting back the very next year and getting the first win. Great story of how its never the end and how you have to keep fighting for your dreams. The image of him sitting alone on the stage and deep in thought. The things that would be going through his head at that moment. You can make it if you fight hard enough..
I love how you still get the video out and its different because you're away doing something different, I would not mind this format continuing at all!
2003 San Marino, Michael getting P1 after his mother died.
fav podium: 1991 brazil grandprix, senna, patrese, berger. senna winning his home grand prix for the first time in SIXTH GEAR after seven year in formula 1
Was that when Senna only had sixth gear for the last part of the race? Now that was something special from Aryton!!! 👍
@@TomTom-xp2jb yes! and with only 10 laps remaining, aryton was p2!
Beat me to it. This one for sure.
When I was in high school and F1 was still not as popular in the US so the races were aired live at 2 AM on Sunday mornings. My dad, brother and I would stay up late to watch the Grand Prix together. At the Italy GP 1998, Michael and Ralf Schumacher shared their first podium and in the interview, Michael said his parents would be very proud of them. That race has always been a favorite of mine. Very emotional.
Your (Niko's) podium in 2016 Abu Dhabi (2)...I was watching that race and was so tensed. I guess it was the most memorable podium for me...and then your press conference post-race...that was too emotional and motivational. I bet someone in Hollywood is going to make a movie about that podium in the coming time.
When Schumacher finished 3rd in 2012 which was his only podium for Mercedes. Since I grew up with him I was very sad when he left and even more sad, when he was never competitive after his comeback.
2021 Baku , Perez the man to break the cure of the red bull 2nd seat, vettel showing us a glimpse of his comeback, gastly the redemption driver
1988 Italian GP podium in Monza. It was the only time that year that a constructor other than McLaren-Honda won a race. It was a real miracle with Gerhard Berger climbing on the top step of the podium and Michele Alboreto, the other Ferrari, finishing 2nd dedicating their totally unexpected win to the death of Enzo Ferrari. A magical moment of pure Ferrari brilliance!!!
1999 European Grand Prix with: Johnny Herbert, Jarno Trulli and Rubens Barrichello on the podium. Interviews with all 3 showcase how awesome they are in personality and it's just nice that Herbert added another win to his career that day.

Valencia 2012 with Alonso,Kimi, and Schumacher on the podium truly the end of an era
Lando's first podium. Seeing him run to Zak for a big hug was awesome.
2020 Shakir, Perez. 1. From last to first. 2. His first ever 1st. 3. Longest racer to win a 1st.
Best Podium for me has to be Seb Vettels drive in Germany 2019. The race was awesome and as a German Vettel Fan, the ending could not have been any better. :D
Spain 1993 by a long margin, seeing the three most loved and most followed drivers in the history of the sport on the podium together made me so happy, and I wish it happened more frequently while the 3 we're still racing together.

Gasly win in 2020 was one of the most excited surprising win ever for me
Such awesome insight there Nico! Thank you so much champ! Also the event you are doing and being part of is super awesome!
(in recent memory) The Monza podium of 2020. Nobody expected Pierre to display such heroics and win. And Sainz almost won too. And Stroll was up there in the standing start. That race was really exciting and emphatic!

Gasley Monza 2020 definitely. He drove so well that day even with sainz pressuring him behind. He wouldn't have gotten the win if the leaders didn't retire which made the race even more exciting
These are some of my favourite KZhead videos. What a time we live in that Nico can give us tips.
I really loved the 2016 Monza podium. The fact you managed to get the Italian crowd on your side and chanting with you as a Mercedes driver was really awesome to watch. Great atmosphere.
Nico! A super serious question. We know the sport brings an extreme competition between drivers but how is your relationship with lewis after leaving the sport? We all saw how tense it got during ur championship year. I liked how u two pushed each other to the absolute max
Hey Nico, congratulations to you for reaching 1 Million subscribers milestone! Hoping many more millions to come.
Hi Nico greetings from Mexico. For me was in 1991. Senna Podium when his car gearbox began to fail and stuck in sixth gear he never give up and after all he won the GP on his home that was amazing job and amazing example that you never give up for nothing. every dream can be true
Very recent but Checo winning in bahrain last year, earning him his place in redbull was a very emotional one for me. Last to first
brazil 2019: seeing gasly on that podium magic
I know it's fairly recent, but Monza 2020 is my favourite podium for reminding me why I love this sport. Lance's joy for getting back on the podium for the first time in a few years was nice to see. The final lap push by Carlos, telling his engineer "I want this win, Tom!", only to lose by a few tenths and to hear and see his reaction when he crossed. And then there's Pierre, and I wouldn't blame you if you got a lump in your throat. The commentary crossing the line, the team radio after securing the win, the celebrations; goosebumps.
Since I'm a F1 fan for only about 2 or 3 years and I work a lot on Sundays I don't have a lot of options. But my favorite podium was Monza 2020 with Gasly as winner, Sainz P2 and Stroll P3. It was just overwhelming watching gasly realize what he has done. I was also very happy for Sainz since he works really hard stays humble and this being rewarded is just heart warming.
Charles Leclerc first win with Ferrari in 2019 in Monza - that was a proper riot :)

It's a recient one, but I loved spa 2019, mainly because it was such an emotional moment for Charles Leclerc, being his first win in f1, but also a tribute for his friend Anthoine Hubert
My favourite podium...hard to tell but it probably Valencia 2012,Alonso,Kimi and Schumi's final podium
1993 Australian GP: Seeing Senna and Prost for the last time on the podium in Prost´s last race and Senna´s last win.

2000 German GP podium for me - Watching Rubens Barrichello displaying multiple emotions after 120+ races in F1 and being the first Brazilian since Senna to win a race, and to top it all off, his McLaren rivals, Coulthard and Hakkinen, recognising Rubens' achievement by hoisting him up onto their shoulders. I love those moments on the podium (1995 British GP is just as memorable for that).

Best podium was when Senna won in Brazil with a problem in the gear box. His excitement on the radio was amazing, gives me goosebumps every time a watch it, and on the podium he was barely able to raise the trophy because he was so tired due to the problem he had with the car. That for sure, was the most incredible Senna's podium!
The 1993 podium in Spain, where Schumacher, Senna and Prost are on the podium. That's historical!
2003 Imola. I dont believe we have ever witnessed a winner be so sad to take the win. It was heartbreaking but also beautiful. Both Schumachers had a magic power in that race. They were both just dominating the rest. That was the most memorable one for me for sure. I will never forget that one.

Best podium of all time has to be Monaco 1984! everyone thinks about Sennas perfomance when they think of that day, but to be honest i think Stefan Bellof had an even better race! What a shame we nerver got to see these to racing in top teams against each other. Would have probably been a battle for the ages!

2000 German GP Podium for me, because it was Rubinho's first win, it was such a great moment & even when watching back it still feels like seeing it for the first time in how Rubens reacted
2020 Shakir GP where Perez went from zero to hero. That is one that my children will hear for the rest of their lives
When Perez got to the Podium while he was hoping if he got a seat for the next season after BWT kicked him
I think at that point he already knew he will get that seat. Red Bull have stopped talking with Hulkenberg at that time and Albon have been long gone. Seb who declined that seat for Aston Martin because Helmut Marko can't give him assurance for 2021 at the time and guaranteed only the 2022 drives who put Checo in that position. Most likely highly recommending Checo to the Red Bull as well
The Grand Prix of Europe in 2012 My favorite Driver, Fernando Alonso, with no doubt his greatest performance in Formula 1 and on top of that former Ferrari drivers Kimi and Michael back on the podium made the podium such a special one. It really brought back the old memories back in 2003-2006. The hug between Michael and Fernando was such a big hit to the heart.

I think any podium in 2020 when there wasn't max, Lewis or valteri on it
Monza 2020, In a season where lewis and Bottas had essentially no competition at all, seeing that podium come out of a season like that was unreal
As a fairly new fan to formula one seeing Pierre Gasly taking the top step in Monza 2020 brought a tear to my eye. Pierre has worked so hard and been through so much especially after Spa 2019. To see him take his first victory in such stunning fashion was both incredible and beautiful and brought out so many emotions. He absolutely deserved that win after an incredible race and his perfect defence to hold off Carlos Sainz.
