Too much driving around with the plow in the air.
It's because they can only stack snow in a few spots So it all has to be pushed one way It makes for a very boring plow but has too be done

Seriously... this guy should be fired. To much driving around and especially without the plow down. Pic spots on each end to pile snow for now and push both ways, clean it up later. If your moving forward, the plow should be working and clearing. Time to sit down a re-think your planning of this job.
Ok know it all..... I can't just put the snow anywhere I want. We only have a couple spots where we have to pile it. And way too many curbs in the way. I should be fired haha. Stfu
