I have never eaten such a delicious apple pie! Simple and delicious recipe. Fantastic cake recipe with fresh apples and merengue. You will be surprised how easy and delicious cake can be. This cake is driving the world crazy because it's delicious. As a result, a very beautiful and delicious dessert will appear on the table!!! Do everything as in the video recipe and you will succeed.
Preparation and ingredients:
A large apple (or 2 small ones).
Peel the apple, remove the core.
Cut the apple into small pieces.
Place the sliced ​​apple in the pan.
Drizzle with lemon juice (half a lemon).
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 tablespoon butter.
Cook on medium heat.
Add cinnamon if you like.
1 tbsp jam (jam of your choice).
Remove from the stove and cool well.
Make dough:
1 egg.
40g sugar.
1 packet of vanilla.
Mix well.
6 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 180 g flour.
4 g baking powder for the dough.
Mix well.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Place a portion in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Line a casserole dish with parchment paper.
Spread half of the batter evenly over the casserole dish.
Put the cooled apples on the dough in a mold.
Take the second part of the dough out of the freezer.
Rub the batter over the apples.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The result is a delicious apple pie with jam.
