I must try to see if this rivals the Dole spears from Disneyland! Can you do a melon cutting video next? I've heard they are "impossible" (direct quote) to cut, even for someone who has weekly practice doing so.

I think you can shave off 15 seconds if you leave the spears full length like they do at Disney - though I think cutting them like I do here does make them more manageable. Andile does the melon cutting at our place, but she says no videos until after the kid!
