For borderlands 4 there should be a playable scooper with his intro being "Scooper as scooters son... Wait, What!?"
I don't get it. Throughout the second game women don't like the thought of being with Scooter to the point of killing themselves or living as mutant cannibals
im guessing the character you think is Izzy might've been Lorelai's original design, i dont see her in that image and her and lilith shared a bunch of concepts so it could make sense.
First thing hearing about Scooter's son my reaction was EWWWW (remember Daisy and Laney in BL2).
I wonder if they already have Scooper as a character.. if he will help Ava in Sanctuary now in BL4
Could be a interesting dynamic as they both have to deal with a lost one with different backgrounds.

If he were a vault hunter? Probably some kind of buff to fire rate and movement speed

he would disable catch-a-ride for bandits
He'd become a were-car (totes not a futurama reference)
They could always put this possible character into BL4

I do not believe so. Compare her face to Izzy, and it's almost a complete match. Plus, the ginger hair is also a rather dead giveaway.
You're thinking of Una Baha, T.K.'s Niece who gives you the Mission in Arid Nexus for the Ladyfist/ Tidal Wave at the Firestone Bountyboard.

CATCH-A-miniRIDEEEE!!! I would have loved to see Scooper in BL3 but he might have been more fanservice rather than attached to something pushig the story or an ingame mechanic. Also, I think the character next to Krieg might be Gaige as she was intended to be in the main game. Hair color and the jacket would match. The arm on the left looks to have that black&white pattern that Gaige sports. The right arm looks mechanical but could just be Claptraps antena. That said, the hair style looks a lot like Izzy's. Maybe Gaige had a different model and elements got reused in Wonderlands. (Also, thanks for the shoutout!)
