  • There were no "Tees" in the 70s so the Barbarians example was actually quite common miss. Kickers merely dug their heel into the pitch to make an indentation or scraped up a crude sod for elevation

  • Some of them arent bad considering they are forwards having a fun goodbye kick! Also felt really bad where the ref (or player?) Told him to hurry up and then the ball fell as he went to kicked it and fluffed it. Poor dude :( This video was hilarious and made me giggle lots! Thanks for that!

    • The Gavin Hastings one against England was in the semi finals of the 1991 RWC IIRC. A game that England won 9 - 6. Still, it was the closest we ever got to a world cup final, so it's not all bad

    • @@mema0005 I watched the game at the time, and I don't recall there being suspicion of concussion, but it was over 20 years ago, so maybe I missed or forgot about it? I do recall the game itself was definitely "one for the purist" 😃

  • You should see some kicks in rugby league, some kicks in mind in Kieran Foran kicking the ball under the post from right INFRONT or Mitchell Moses slipping when kicking

  • Probably doesn't count as a kick because he didn't get that far, but Dan Biggar's back spasm conversion was quite something (and as I'd done something similar a few months beforehand, I could empathise completely).

    • @@AndrewDavidForde true but was a bad miss with what was at stake. Most i ever felt impending doom was when sexton missed that kick vs the ab's back in 2012. I was at in lansdowne (will always be lansdowne to me) and when he missed i just knew the ab's were going to steal it. Love the work by the way

    • Immanuel can kick , just sometimes the placing of the ball on the tee and the direction it's pointing to. When Pollard arrived at the world cup, everything went smooth. He has nervous energy, I'd make him play with a 9,12 or 15 who can do the kicking.
