THE FAMOUS dessert that is driving the world crazy! Without oven, With 1 egg only!
✔Ingredients:
2 bananas
20g butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
▪️for the dough:
1 egg
50g sugar
8g vanilla sugar
50ml oil
100ml milk
130g flour
20g bitter cocoa
8g baking powder

Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you.   • yes! my mother makes a similar dessert. she typically uses over-riped bananas as they are more sweeter and no one likes to eat them raw. she puts them in the pan with butter, cinnamon and served with ice cream - best dessert ever!

  • I just made this. I didn't have vanilla sugar so I added a little extra sugar and a cap of vanilla extract. It's like a brownie that isn't sweet with candied bananas. we all enjoyed it

  • My daughter has made pancakes with bananas (no flour). I love slicing up a banana (uncooked) and top with peanut butter. Then drizzle honey over the bananas & PB. Next sprinkle cinnamon (or cocoa powder) and top with walnuts or pecans. 😋 🍌 🥜 🍯 Pretty healthy snack!

Wanted to add: Cos this mixture is very similar to chocolate lava recipe, u can cook it for 1O min n in deep but smaller pan to achieve melted center. Also u would need to cut your bananas in a smaller size n cook it in the oven. Use toothpick to check if your cake still melted in the middle. As soon as u get good half centimeter crust it’s ready. But I would recommend to cook all thing in single portions n in ranunacan(covered with butter n cocoa powder) before adding your mixture. Visually it will be much more presentable, instead of one big cake. N u can leave it for next day to cook just after dinner, fresh again.
