150ml lukewarm water
150ml lukewarm Milk
60mg liquid oil
7grams dry yeast dough
10grams of sugar
5grams salt
1egg and 1egg white
650grams wheat flour
Ingredients for sala
1/2 boiled chicken breast
4 to 5 pickled cucumbers
3 boiled potatoes
3 boiled eggs
2 boiled carrots
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt and red pepper, one tablespoon each
Chop all the ingredients finely, grate the egg and potato, then mix all the ingredients and add the sauce.
One egg yolk and one tablespoon of milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for
30 minutes
