Monetarily not the optimal decicion, but he wants to beat the best guys and challenge himself which does not equal to maximum amount of money thats possible to earn. Bet every fan loves to watch him every time he enters the octagon and he also seems like he's the type of guy all the other fighters respect too for what he does and how he performs

    • His breakdowns are great. He takes himself as an ego out of the equation and details the skill sets and tactics that were applied to beat the other competing skill set. That’s martial arts. He doesn’t say like “I was better, I’m a better this or that” he says “I utilised this and that to combat this and that and it was effective You can tell that’s the perspective he takes to practice MMA and it’s extremely effective

  • The fact that a judge gave that fight to Chito is absolutely unreal. It literally should be investigated. Could be betting/gambling money involved. Chito got basically smoked for 5 rounds and you had him winning?! Probably the worst judge's call I have ever seen in MMA. Then a reporter in a press conference said he had Chito winning too when interviewing Cory? Like, are these people living on another planet? WTH is even going on.

    • 4 and 5, I can see the argument for chito. Clearly 1 and 2 were undeniably for sandhagen, so, that leaves only round 3. Which… yeah. Not quite sure, but not crazy to the point of match fixing imo

It literally looked like the judge wanted to change reality with everything in his power. Vera gotta absolutely smoked, wth is that judge looking at?
