On the mission casing the jewellery store, if you leave the car mid conversation with lester, you would never know that Micheal isnt in witness protection.

What confuses me is that Michael can take multiple shots to the head from a machine gun but when he gets headbutted once he gets knocked out instantly

Trevor is just that strong
In death battle matchups, this is called the "Mario Paradox", and it narrows down to: "Gameplay mechanics aren't part of the canon, unless they directly tie into the story." The titular example, of course, is that Mario can be taken down by so much as touching a Goombah, but that doesn't count as a weakness since he's shown to be FAR stronger than that out in storylines. It'd be a rage-inducing experience if you had to play every level hitless, so Mike isn't ACTUALLY taking bullet wounds.
LMAO, something called Canon?? It's just a gameplay mechanics where you don't die via shots, but the headbutt is in a cutscene or in a scene, so it counts as canon death 🤦🤦🤦🤦

If you think about it, besides being an incomprehensible sin in terms of reason that Franklin's aunt's house cannot be visited anymore, it is very curious that the programmers have nevertheless chosen to update the state of the bedroom to after the move .
Probably purely because of how you can do The Long Stretch after moving
I think it might have something to do with director mode, as you can enter the houses in it.
Yeah, I love GTA 5, but Rockstar made a lot of dumb decisions (like locking you out of the house after Franklin moves) that ruins the fun and restricts you for no real reason. That's why the game is best on PC, because there's plenty of free mods that allow you to get rid of those annoying limitations, like not being able to enter most interiors, and not having access to Online cars in story
That's because like gt3 A-SPEC when you think on GTA San Andreas, you understand that because a game look better, that's no worth mentioning is richer than the past episodes.

His mother likely left the house to both Franklin and his aunt. Having been in a similar situation myself, it’s not that unrealistic

His mother died and in her will ledt the house 50/50 to his son and sister.
So, IMO, the Long Strech cutscene makes more sense if Franklin has moved out. His parents left him and Denis co-ownership of the home in their will, so while it is technically his, his not actually living there makes Denis saying "So you say" more fitting. Also, it'd make since that Franklin would still get upset by Micheal or Trevor messing with the house because he maybe? Cares about his Aunt's safety.

He actually explicitly mentions this in the reply e-mail to his aunt, when she comments on him moving out. Something like, "You still don't get to mess up the house I half-own."

If you read Franklins response to Denise's email after he moves out he still calls it half his house, I don't know the exact arrangement, but it seems like he doesn't just wanna give up his half of the property Edit: iirc it's his mom's house and when she died it got split between him & aunt Denise
Franklin also says that Denise's house is his as well, and not through E-mail, but through a cinematic where Trevor shows up and bribes Denise.
Trevor sending text messages asking to stop shooting rockets at his house, seems like such a thing he would do.

I played the lost and damned dlc years after I’d played gta v multiple times and even I’m still upset Lmao
I remember my jaw hit the floor when I realized that was Johnny and Ashley, but it is a fitting end for them considering Johnny clearly turned against his own beliefs and succumbed to the drugs.

17:25 this seems to be a default phone used in the game. for example in GTA:Online, you can play various animations by pressing caps lock (choosing which one in interaction menu) one of them - "Selfie", spawns the same prop of Trevor's phone in the character's hand. Surprisingly tho, when actually taking photos with the snapmatic app on the phone, other players will see a regular phone model (i think matching the colour you choose in the settings)
It took me nearly a decade of playing this game to realise you could get all 3 protagonists to hang out outside of missions

For the Entity XF or the Grotti Cheetah, if you bring it to Los Santos customs and put any mod on it, when you deliver it to the destination, it'll copy itself and you can retrieve it from the police department as an impounded vehicle. Did this on ps3 years ago to get the XF for basically free.

If you go into director mode and freeze the day night cycle, it will still be frozen after you return to story mode. Which means, theoretically, you can complete the entire game in just one in game day.
I don't think that's true.. Many missions are time specific .. If its too late in the day? It will fast forward.. Too early, it jumps to the time its meant to be..

I think the long stretch one makes more sense. Aunt Denise hasn’t seen Franklin in ages and she’s surprised he’s back. Franklin reminds her he still partly owns the house.

Note on 10:19: Michael's family is immune and (unlike shown here) often completely impervious to fire damage when sitting or laying down.

Franklin technically still does own his old home. He inherited it from his mother. He simply lets his aunt live there and he really has no reason to return either. While he stopped living there its still his house.
One of the most impressive things Rockstar did with GTA5 was add interactions between the 3 main characters when you do things like find them while being another or fire on their house, follow them, etc. They simply could have had the unused characters dissappear until needed. It was a whole additional layer of complexity they didn't need to do, but they did. 🎉
I wouldn’t say it’s a plot error but Trevor doesn’t seem to really make profits from the narcotics side of things with Chef in terms of business since it’s not really a intractable business unless he makes it for personal use and doesn’t sell it
i feel like its chef only selling it for himself since trevor basically never contributes anything to the crystal business and is always busy in other ways, maybe its Trevor for the weapons smuggling and chef for the drugs and they do 50 50

I think his special ability is him taking meth as that's what he's doing before we switch to play as him. Meth heads are always overexagerating what they have going in to make it seem like they're doing something big (trevor Philips enterprises) when in reality he probably just met chef while he already had a lab and business going and threatened him 😅

In the jewel store heist, you can kill the security guard by running him over, however he still appears in the news for Trevor to find out about Michael

I miss the early glitches to GTA 5. There were 2 that were interesting. The first one I remember is if you went into the strip club with one or two stars, you could still get a lap dance and 1 or 2 cops would stand next to the guard watching you as the lap dance is happening which was hilarious and the best part was after the dance, the cops were gone so of course you felony was too. The second glitch was during the film recovery mission when you chase molly in order to get the film back for Solomon, if you drove away from the cops all the way to the highest hills and loss your felony, Michael would get out of his car and you could get attacked by a mountain lion while on the phone telling Solomon that you got the film. It was so funny seeing the mountain lion come from behind while Michael was on his phone however the best part is that when Michael respawns, he respawns at the movie studio. Absolutely crazy. Those were some of the best glitches. 😊

It is still Franklin's house. It was his mom's house and she left it to him and his aunt Denise. He has half ownership of the house no matter where he lives or how many houses he chooses to own. I enjoyed GTA 5s story for what it is and learned to not hate it so much. Because cmon don’t hate the game entirely. Be happy for what it brought.
I think gta v is actually an incredible game. GTA online is really what’s bad and it wasn’t even always, it’s just rockstars inability and negligence. But gta v the story mode is fantastic even if it still has glitches I think matto thinks the same too
@@tinocabral4201in my experience,and personal opinion, Rockstar is not good at Online Games, though it seems to treat it as more of a "dick around in the world you love", like when two kids watch a superhero, then go outside in shitty suits pretending to be those heros
Story's not garbage but could have been a lot better (and longer).
@RozaJT-yk3ln GTA4 Midnight Club LA and Max Payne 3 were all amazing online games and all 3 were in the Era before online gaming became a monetization goal for companies so not only did the passion in online change it became exploited and worsened

5:55. actually Franklin saying it’s half of his house does make sense. One of Denises emails to Franklin talks about how she hasn’t seen him around and found out he was living somewhere else. If you respond to that email Franklin tells her not to touch his room or do anything with the floors because it’s still half of his house. His mother left him half the house I assume
When gta came out on ps3/xbox360, Trevor's phone wasn't broken and R* used the same phone texture for npc's devices. Then R* replace the texture on broken for new console generations and yes, now it looks weird
