I agree, I was excited to throw it when we had a demo at shop here. I didn’t care for it after I threw it.
It seems to be quite similar to the Theorem which is well on its way to being a GOAT ball.
Change the surface. I hated mine out of box, changed it to 2k with Smooth Edge polish and now it's free strikes

My attention star is amazing and rolls very similar. I will say I was so so about it when I got it, however after buying some of that crappy reacta gloss cover off it came to life and is amazing.
I fell in love with the Attention Star during a demo day. Punched up my own and love it even more. Without fast forwarding, my guess would be the Optimum Idol.

I saw you compare this ball to the phase 2 which I just got in late January heck, I just bought with my uncle who used to do a lot more bowling back in the day once he got acclimated because his ball is really old he never got a new one in years with it because first of my game was the one game and I won with it the prior game. I see that storm will be releasing called the all road. It seems like a highroad with AI core technology. I have a few ideas for future videos for ball comparisons. Can you compare this idol versus the summit because you said they are both the same/a touch stronger than the IQ tour and more like the phase 2, which are the two balls I have, and by the way you and a few other guys were the ones that recommended these balls for control and versatility. I am well pleased that I have them also when the new All road comes out. Can you compare that to the original hy road please?

It really make no different, they always have new ball as long as you buy them. Basically is the hand that behind the balls, doesn't matter what kind of ball. It won't get a strike automatically itself.

for me its cause the Idol just does everything really well and checks off all the marks of being a REALLY good benchmark ball!
The hammer effect is going to be ball of the year, most versatile ball I ever thrown.

I would have to put hyper venom on this list, literally is the straightener version of the venom shock (a GOAT), out of bowling balls coming out I don't usually buy one that just came out but hyper venom looking to good tho especially in that pink ;)
