    • I have seen such workplace sexual harassment and I stood up against it and supported as well as encouraged those girls. When I took initiative and intimated to higher authority no one of those girls stood with me and further they said they share good bond with boss and I am the one who misguided and manipulated them to serve my own benefits. That day I know how Karma works. This is why female destiny in majority cases is like this and they go through this. Now think carefully I was fired on next day and currently I am working in different organization but here also these activities are very normal but just imagine now I don't have courage to do anything for these females because I don't want to repeat that shit again. Now I believe this is only karma of these females only. There are so may simple and straight forward guys like me who helps every one but they just use us and go with the bad guys like so called "backbencher are cool" like theory. And further we get in return some nick names like "Champu, Despo, Chutiya etc. And I believe in the current time a person who don't harm anybody, living life simply, do not expect more from others, and helps other "wo chutiya hi to hota he " like me jisne in chakkaro me apni MNC job gava di.-----If my words hurts then sorry but it should be. Because of this thing I have been wholly destroyed.

  • I was in corporate for few months, had witnessed such things everyday. I am a woman and I saw some female employees were flirtious, telling lies to their boyfriend and indulge in unethical ways to get favor from boss and seniors at workplace, whereas people who used to work hard and didn't believe in apple-polishing - they never got appreciation or increment. Eventually many started leaving that workplace But those females who get favor do not leave the office till that particular boss is there, or till the boss starts seeing someone else. Not only with bosses, with seniors too. This happens in many office environment. Flattery gives temporary succes, Ladies who genuinely work hard ends up making their career the biggest or being an entrepreneur. Real people believe in themselves, not in favors.

    @praptiverma3861@praptiverma38613 жыл бұрын
    • But why are you blaming only the women ? Your narrative is utterly sexist... If the women have given sexual favors then the men have also taken sexual favors...why did the men take it? Why did the boss not ask for their better work performance but agreed to take sexual favors? Whom are the flirtatious women flirting with or making out with ? They aren't raping the bosses? How can an affair be one sided? The bosses also must be lying to their wives? And I don't get what other unethical ways are you talking about them indulging into to get favors from seniors...for which these women can be blamed solely... because any affair can't be solely run without the consent or involvement of the other party. Women seduce men is itself an utterly sexist perspective it ignored the fact that men ask for sexual favors or even if they don't ask for it, men get seduced by women...it's wilful action...so why play cry baby later?

    • Ladied who genuinely work hard are also asked for sexual favors to get promotions while men get it easily

      @barnaliadhikary9421@barnaliadhikary94213 жыл бұрын
    • Hello, nothing was sexist in my comment. Your reply is very exaggerated or you simply aren't attentive to every point and words I have written. First of all, I wrote about our office environment where many people had to suffer due to this issue of partiality and favors. Many Genuine employees had to leave Becoz their work had not been acknowledged without apple polishing. Might not be same for you. Not everyone goes in the same direction for promotions. Some just believe in themselves above everything. Just because your experience is different and you have met nice women all your life doesn't mean women can't do anything wrong. Well, your narrative is very one-sided. You only kept talking about women are just asked for it and only the male bosses and the seniors are guilty becoz men get seduced by women. Oh my God! What kind of thought procedure is it ? Neither all men are same nor all women are. A person who wants to remain in his/her dignity will never entertain such offers, okay ?? There are plenty of opportunities in this world. Someone can take action if such things occur, they can expose it instead of entertaining those seniors. Second, I clearly wrote some of the females - doesn't mean everybody goes this way. Yes some used to lie about their relationship, were extremely flirty and had several affairs. Sexist means discrimination on the basis of gender. I wrote that these bosses eventually start seeing someone else once they are done with someone - So my comment doesn't prove that the boss and seniors were very monk-like either. Most of them don't stay in their boundaries that's why these things occur but doesn't mean all are same, And oh please! Even when a woman is asked for it - she should not approve of it, okay ? I will always stand for those who do not entertain such appalling offers. You actually barked a lot more than you needed to. Otherwise People understood what my point was.

      @praptiverma3861@praptiverma38613 жыл бұрын
    • @@praptiverma3861 U are saying absolutely correct.... Women should not approve of such offers, should take action fearlessly... But unfortunately, some just look for shortcuts. You shared a very good point These so called bosses and seniors need to get exposed by women. Yes there are women who entertain them in order to receive increment or promotion... This is no excuse that men get easy promotions. Men also have their own story and struggles while climbing corporate ladder. Nothing is easy for anyone.. Jus a myth that men get it easily. Neither women nor men

    • Why women have to go "that" extra mile but not men to get success...who asks them? Who provides them with such options... Why don't we dare to ask it first

  • There are 2 messages in the video 1. It is not necessary that only girls have names like Kiran. 2. Most important message is that how the perception changes with the sex. If a girl is working hard then people are assuming her as a characterless and in the same situation man is assumed as a hard-working employee.

Purush bhi utna hi jaruri he stri ke jivan me jitna ki stri ka purush ke jivan me hona jaruri he. Aur yehi to bhagwan ki di hui sundarta he duniya ko. Please respect everyone those who are hard working either male or female.
