  • Thank You Hafthor you are helping me to get up and to go for a run everyday and to maybe to go to the gym in the future. Life opens to you in a new kind and more interesting way when you get up and go to the nature. Sitting at home is different than maybe running on some road. You feel like a sports car fast and strong and independent. Whole life turns around like a turbo for a lada. Thank You.

    • Hmmm. I'm curious what you found weird about it? Your body gets rid of unwanted compounds (even endocrine disrupting plastics, heavy metals and such) through sweat/urine/stool. Of course, we all think of water+electrolytes lost when sweating but there are definitely other compounds that are being discharged. I don't think she meant it in the "yoga lady" toxin way hahaha...

  • Medlife crisis warns against this kind of testing. At 10:40 they even mentioned a patient who showed no actual signs of breast cancer (just an increased risk of it) who went through a life altering surgery. That surgery may have been completely unnecessary, I am not a doctor but what they should have done is regular follow up checks and take action when it is actually necessary. The real way to increase your life span is not with a bunch of tests, it is the same advice doctors have given ad nauseam - regular exercise, sufficient and consistent sleep, a balanced diet, don't smoke, don't do heroin, don't drink excessively, etc.

They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever.
