  • Do not store moist, it’ll start moulding. Let it dry out and get hard. Wet it again when you need it:)

    • Hello, you are right! It would be nice if they came in a plastic container like the absorber towels for drying a car come in.

  • I see how you put your thumb over the split in the sponge. Maybe they are not to durable after all.

  • Oh i love those. Using microfiber cloths or old socks, after it gets dirty, you need to wash it and then the dust fibers clings on to the fabric so it's a huge hassle for me plus time consuming. The damp duster, you just rinse it off and you're ready to go, lints dont latch on to it unless i guess when your sponge is damaged. I mainly use this on smooth surfaces. The only problem i have is when the sponge gets dirty and rinsing it off is not enough, can i use a soap?

    • Hey, great question. I bought a few damp dusters and the first one still has some life in it. I will try washing it when it becomes dirty to see if it works. I'll probably try soaking it in dish soap first. I'll reply back with my results. Thanks for the question!

  • So you use it when it's wet? Does it leave wet marks on the walls etc

    • Hello, we use it moist. It shouldn't be soaking wet. If your wall has flat paint I would test it in a small part of the wall. Other than that it should be fine and would dry up quick.

  • How about the pure wooden furniture? Won’t the water ruin the wood? Just bought it and facing this problem

    • Hi, I don't use this on pure wooden furniture. I use Pledge spray for that. The wood that I use this on is treated (painted) like doors and molding. Hope this helps!

    • This picks up more dust but good point. I will try to come out with a video comparing both and I'll post the link here. Thanks!
