If Meeseeks can't die until they do what they were ordered to do then when that one Meeseek said "Kill him", ordering the other Meeseek to kill Meeseek (which is impossible) then that Meeseek will never die.
I guess he died when the Meeseek he was ordered to kill vanished as Jerry got his golf game
The monster
Simple, his orders are to kill a single meeseek and by doing so requires the elimination of Jerry. Therefore, if he kills Jerry like everyone else, his duty will be fulfilled anyway because he got to kill the meeseek by killing Jerry. Of course that didn't happen, instead when Jerry fulfilled his thing, every meeseek dies, which also fulfilled the other meeseek's order to kill him.... TL:DR It was a win win situation with either outcome...
I think a Meeseeks made by another will disappear when the other does
By assisting in Jerry improving he in essence killed that Mr Meeseeks.

Earlier in the episode mr.meeseeks tells jerry he has to relax as well as bend his knees and straighten his back....later here comes beth literally saying the same shit only saying "i love you" which causes him to relax...i know its supposed to be a bonding moment or whatever for them but all he had to do was fucking relax the entire time
It's also indicative of why Jerry wasn't improving. He never listened to the Meeseeks because he never really had any intention of doing so. He didn't want to actually do the needed work to improve; he wanted what he thought was the "true" thing needed to improve (listening to only himself). In retrospect an obscene amount of conflict in Rick&Morty is not only caused by pettiness, but the show acknowledges it as so as one of its core aspects (seriously, who would have thought that nihilistic self-loathing and self-destruction would be so endearing?).
There's one thing i love about the more meta aspects of Mr. Meeseeks and Jerry. Mr. Meeseeks can solve practically any problem...BUT only if the person whose problem is being solved actually listens and heeds Mr. Meeseeks' advice and effort. Jerry was never going to improve his golf game with Mr. Meeseeks because he always disregards Mr. Meeseeks' advice because he doesn't actually want help improving, but just wants to improve by himself to prove something. His pettiness meant that he is completely incompatible with a Mr. Meeseeks, as he would never listen to one no matter how much it would help him.
I feel like each season has 1 extremely iconic epsiode: Season 1: Meeseeks Season 2: Get Schwifty Season 3: Pickle Rick Season 4: Vat of Acid Episode Season 5: TBD (maybe Mr. Nimbus??)

Meeseeks as demonstrated here do not do the impossible blindingly they will cheat to get their criteria completed the only times they don’t cheat are if there requests are simple enough like opening a mayo jar. If given that instruction of watching every KZhead vid he would probably resort to terrorism like here and blow up YT HQ. no YT HQ no videos to watch which means his task is complete.
