What is Junk Journal January?
#JunkJournalJanuary is a free month-long junk journaling challenge to inspire you to create in your art journal. Hosted by megjournals in collaboration with @GetMessyArt, it’s a great chance to kickstart your creativity in 2024 with a supportive community and show up to your journal! Perfect for beginners or if you're looking for inspiration.
Junk journaling prompts

Love this Meg! So envious of ur collage skills! U tickle me when cutting out things you always cut all the way! I have all these weird shaped extras bc I don't! Haha good way to have rtg scraps to use! Tfs❤❤❤
Surprisingly my geometric page turned out way better than I imagined! I was just goofing around with a pre collages background of topography map, text, and gelli scraps.... Using a nested circle stencil from temu and the new TH distress oxide scorched timber....it completely transformed the page, and I only needed a vellum ticket sticker and a tiny 7 gypsies ticket with a magenta solid circle on it. Simple but stunning!

This page really is stunning. Wow, a video every day!n I’m not sure how you do that! My craft room is really coming along. Huge bags of STUFF are leaving the premises. If I lived to be 200, I could never have used it all. My stash was under control when I was mostly making cards. It’s hard to believe how much paper came after I started junk journaling. It was so much fun to see all the journals. And I did make some Valentine decorations. It’s looking festive here. Hugs, treen 💕💕💕

This prompt has lots of possibilities! I am looking forward to seeing what I come up with, too. Your page is fabulous. A hard act to follow. I used an old composition book for mine. Since I will have lots of pages left. I am continuing with a Love theme for February. I just can't stop! I just don't want to stop. LOL. Thank you for helping make a dreary month so enjoyable. 🙏🥰
I'm on track with my JJJ. 😃👍🏼and I've been enjoying it too. 😊👍🏼 I plan on doing a flip through, when I'm done. I have a few extra pages, and I'm not sure what I'll do with those... but... I'm sure I'll come up with something. 😉 Your geometric page is pretty. (mine is very simple, but I kinda like it). 😃
