You know Magnus is shocked when he starts speaking Norwegian about the dude

check out Brian Shaw or any of the strong men, Such positive people. Great to see.
Magnus finally got out Magnus'ed. This guy is to Magnus what Magnus is to everyone else. Just insane.

He is more than twice Magnus' weight, but I don't think he is two times stronger

🤣🤣
Yeh! 😂🤣😂
Sometimes I feel like I can't pick up my groceries that easily. >
Hahaha!
And I thought I had a decent grip at 55kg lol. Although I haven't done any sort of exercise in the past 30 years.
that's pretty crazy, he's able to lift like 30% more than anyone you've ever had on this channel.
Wow okay nice
Actually, in the rolling one he lifted 47% more weight than anyone else.
It's more like 41.7% being realistic
He’s like a regular human scaled up so he’ll naturally have his weights scaled up too
I love how Cim shared some tips on how to lift that last dumbbell, and how you are always willing to learn something new, and actually succeeded with the new technique! :D Your channel is amazing!
Love the humility and respect you both show to each other . Will be looking out for Cim in the future - I am sure he will become a lot better known .
How is this guy fitting under people's sinks?😂
He just intimidates the sink into working properly. Then bicep curls the fridge.
He is lifting the house to fix the pipes;-)
Maybe he only does big plumbing. Like if you need a 2" water main
@@katten02 Yeah he doesn't need to fit under the sink because he lifts the house and puts it on support legs and goes underneath the house and fixes the pipe.
@@ArchibaldVonSkip Fr, there is no way in hell that mf sink ever dares to clog again.

"I'm a Swedish plumber, I'm here to fix your pipes. Diss will work Denis, diss will work. Don't worry about it and don't worry about anything." So good
I genuinely don't understand how Swedish people are so damn nice. They are literally the descendants of Vikings ffs. He is so nice, I wish I could go and hug him
Swede here. We try to follow the sayin "treat ppl as you yourself want to be treated" Be nice to us and we return the favor :) Be mean and see our viking side xD Mostly the size is viking blood, 2 meters isn't common but not rare either, I myself is 185
i am a swede, and yes we are nice, but as former vikings when we got real angry its like an nuke exploding, comes in our genes from the viking time.
you speak of the Vikings as these invulnerable, mythical beings when they where just normal men who were farmers. they took advantage of small villages and churches knowing full well they were defenceless and slaughtered unarmed people.
As a fellow swede, who is into viking era history. Medieval Scandinavians were not tall godlike beings, please stop this cringe.@@GhastlyGhostrider
Many scholars believe that the viking age only started at all because the Scandinavians saw their Germanic brothers being murdered and burned alive by early Christians and they wanted to defend their right to their faith and traditions. In the viking age and before, being a good person was arguably the most important aspect of how to live your life, even in war time, the women and even slaves were kept far away from danger so that they would be safe and anyone who attacked someone who was deemed as weak would be shamed and either killed or cast out of society. If you were a viking man trying to impress a women, money didn't matter much but being an honorable person really did matter. In summary, the vikings that you see in media are created to get people to watch a TV show or movie and have very, very little to do with how people actually lived or what they valued
Dane here, I understood you perfectly well Magnus. I am quite impressed by Markus' strength. 👍
When your plumber doesn't need a pipe wrench.

Had it been two Americans instead it would've been a lot of screaming and loud noises. Lagom is best.
@@eric5234 We can't generalize but, proportionally speaking, you're right. I think American culture propels people into selfishness and arrogance. There are many exceptions to that rule, though.

This strong giant is really humble, nice, and polite. Salute man
magnus, i've been watching your videos from day one. it is incredible how far your channel has come. the quality and editing of the videos has only continued getting better and better.
His shirt says "heavier"
It's a brand of nutritional supplements.
That’s surprisingly true
One of the things I like about this channel is nobody is ever put down, only exposed for their strengths and abilities. Bravo!
It's a tiny corner of super-positivity. That's why I watch it.
Scandinavians are generally quite kind.
There is no need. It's just guys having some fun. The weights do the sorting of the pecking order in a group, and it is what it is. No need to act tough. Just show it and lift. Done. :)
I've noticed that too.
Yeah Magnus wasn't being condescending or sarcastic. He was just shocked how much Cim could lift.
Haha I'm not sure why but seeing you guys succeeding in the different tasks made me really happy! Väldigt trevlig video!
You are both so humble. Lovely people and inspiring to watch.
If Magnus had taken his shirt off he would've easily beaten Cim.
How is he so unknown to the scene if he can pull numbers like these?? I think this video will defenitely help blow him out.
You blow out your back or your ass - your channel blows up :D
He just hasn't done as well in comps I think
He is in a generally unknown sport, even the most famous guys like Eddie Hall or Brian Shaw are relatively unknown to the mainstream, props to Magnus for promoting him.
His a plumber. He might focus more now though, maybe. I mean, its not a job. Plumbers make trillions here in Scandinavia. Handimen are upper middle class.
Because swedish strongman isnt really a big scene.
This video really got my attention! So refreshing to watch this raw strength combined with such likeable manners! Very well presented as well, and I wish you guys all the best!
i love how they're pushing and helping each other to do more.
I love how Cim's technique explanation got Magnus closer than any other attempt he had before on the "Thomas Inch" dumbbell. I'd love to see a kind of strong man competition with all the people Magnus has had in his videos.
I was kinda sad that magnus didn't get psyched for that, he got it off the ground and real close to getting control - that's wayyy better than hea ever done on it.
@@234i9 Scandinavians too relaxed for that :P
This guy just lifted my max deadlift with one hand and with a rolling grip.
Same
Yeah... I definitely can deadlift that much too 😅😰
I've 1-arm deadlifted 150 lbs. for 5 reps at a bodyweight of 125-ish lbs.. A regular size dumbbell handle. Stacked dumbbells. A 30 on top of a 30 on top of a 45 on top of a 45. FUN danger zone except I won't do it again because of the hernia! DANGEROUS ENOUGH TO DUTCH-RUDDER MYSELF IT IS!
It's not the weight that's hard to lift. It's that fat roll grip that will just slip out of your hand when you try to lift.
@@RogueCylon Uh? This is not about lifting a bar in the gym..
At first I thought "Another one of these videos, not interested". But youtube auto played it today and I was hooked. What a cool guy Cim is. He surely deserves more recognition. Thanks Magnus!

"I think Larry lifted this." - Yeah? Lifts it without breaking a sweat.
That interaction killed me lmfao, especially knowing how strong Larry is. This guy is a monster.
Larry is the equivalent of a child in comparison to the strength of this man 🇸🇪
Larry is out of his prime and wasn't focused on strongman training. In his prime he was probably much stronger than this guy in all conventional lifts while weighing 30kgs less than him.
@@jj59575steven Whilst I totally and utterly respect your perspective and I’m certainly a fan of Larry, I contest this statement due to the fact that this participant displays an inherent 24% statistical strength advantage, scoring a (supposedly record breaking) and phenomenal 104.2kg as opposed to merely 80kg. No amount of strength training or standard deviation of a few years is going to influence such statistical evidence, let alone alter the unwavering fact that this man is infinitely more physical powerful than Larry, respectfully. Additionally, he is stated to be the “strongest man in Sweden at present” (yet I can’t verify whether this is accurate or not). It a very interesting discussion however you’ll also notice that the every single strong man competition has been won by individuals from Northern Europe (particularly Fennoscandia) due to the fact that the native population are prone to suffering from a deficiency of myostatin (MuRF-1) which causes an excessive growth of skeletal muscle. In the *very unlikely* scenario that Larry were to be of an equal measure of physical strength, there would most certainly be thousands of Scandinavians who would effortlessly surpass his physical performance. I rest my case.

Super big and super friendly. Great vibes!
*That is some serious strength. Also he is probably extremely nice and friendly dude because most of the people who work out are the nicest people around, at least in my experience. They always encourage you to go further and be better*
These giants are always so humble and kind. You would think they are big, scary, adngry, but they tend to be so much kinder than most others, very impressed :-)
Big, scary, angry giants have probably never enjoyed great life expectancy or particularly high quality of life at any point in history. If you piss off a group of people it doesn't really matter how big and strong you are if they decide to come after you. Humble, kind giants avoid becoming hated and feared and can probably talk down most of those deranged idiots who go around trying to pick fights with the biggest guys they can find.

This guy is amazing! And he seems like such a kind man! Great video!
Cim can get almost his entire hand around the rolling thunder, which must be a great advantage. I feel like hand size and the leverage it gives you makes a big difference in a lot of grip sports events. (Edit: not to deny that he is amazingly strong, of course!)
It's pretty widely known that anytime you have to wrap your hands around anything hand size make a pretty big difference.
Ye, I wonder if you sized the radius relative to the size of your hand, if Cim could still lift heavier than Magnus or not. I'd assume yes, but it'd at least be quite a bit closer.
Strongest there is
@2ndPeterVBlack of course, but that's the whole point og being big and strong, you have an advantage :) It's almost like saying, i wounder if he could lift as much if he didn't have so big muscles. He has an advantage over other that doesn't have as big muscles as he does.
True but he also easily won jar opener, where long fingers are a disadvantage.
It is nice to hear Magnus speaking norsk 🇳🇴
