The SCOTUS delayed hearing arguements 2 months and will delay releasing the stay until decision which they could give next week, but won't give until end of June because they want Thomas (who should have been forced to recluse) and Alito to retire under Trump. So no trial of Trump other than the Florida one with the corrupt Judge that should recluse because Trump gave her her lifetime position.

@@jayscott921 they are having multiple hearings about the gag order violations which take time. There are multiple such hearings scheduled right now. That is time the jury won't be in the room and the trial will not continue.

Getting a jury for this case is going to be difficult. It's going to be difficult to find people in Calfornia who don't already have a opinion on this case who are willing/able to set aside that bias.
He has already been convicted in California... When he is finished in New York, he'll be extradited to California...
@@jayscott921 thank you. that makes more sense I had them flipped in my head. New York might be slightly easier if they re-try him but any case as widely covered as his was can pose a problem when trying to find a jury.
Shouldn't be that difficult to figure out out if a President should have any Re precautions for his actions. No one is above the law not even a President. No President should be allowed to give out Government security secrets to other Countries.

Talk about Trump's NY criminal case as an ELECTION INTERFERENCE CASE... not a hush-money trial. I live in Delaware and have been caring for my mother for 2.5 years now. I can not go out and work as she needs support now and can not live alone. She is wheelchair bound. I looked into receiving caregiver pay to support myself and it is not available to me because my mother is not on state assistance. I was appalled by this, because my mother worked her entire life and did not collect any assistance from the state, she does not qualify for any caregiving benefits unless she pays out of pocket . I would never think of charging my mother for what I do. This should be available to those who are not on assistance. These people worked hard and are proud people who don't like asking for help. I have no income because I stay home to care for her. That's an extra burden on her financially for my living costs.. meals ..electricity ..ect
Get her on state assistance or talk to Social Security...

Tough decisions are not criminal acts. I honestly don’t think this is as complicated as they are making it. If the campaign pays for the activity, that’s clearly personal. The oft-used example of FDR's incarceration of US citizens of Japanese descent. As disgusting as it was, his actions were legal at the time the event happened. Instead of a 1000 fine per violation of the gag order, the judge should assign 8 hours of mandatory community service per violation.
