Rocket being completely happy and howling at the end is the most heartwarming part for me. He has been through so much, he deserves that happy ending so much.
H ealready was Ok, but discovering What he is and defeating the Monster who hurt him the most in his Life,not only make him Happy,it make him Complete.
I bawled twice at that scene. Seeing them all happy made me cry. Everytkme I heard this song after I had those same feelings

Can't help but tear up here. A perfect sendoff for the entire cast. And they did not even have to kill anyone to do it. Everyone had a satisfying end to their character arcs. This is how you end a movie triology. The best product marvel have made since endgame
Except for Peter and Gamora. I really wanted them to get back together. Also Rocket's animal friends are still very much dead.
@@muigokublack6487they can't get back together because that Gamora was never with Peter. I'm just glad they both left on good terms. And Rocket's friends are at peace now that they can explore the forever and beautiful sky they all wished to. And someday Rocket will join them
@@muigokublack6487 no, their ending was perfect. That’s not the same Gamora that he fell in love with. She’s a different person. Them going on as friends was the mature and realistic outcome. Your experiences are what make you who you are and since she didn’t have those she wasn’t his gamora. He had to let go and move on with his life which is a powerful lesson

Groot dancing with Rocket is extremely heartfelt; James Gunn is playing Groot in this instance and Sean Gunn is the on-set stand in for Rocket. James is dancing with his little brother Sean which is something they've said they've done since they were children.

Vol 1 is good because it's the original, and funny Vol 2 is good because of it's Epic cconflicts, and even funnier moments Vol 3 is good for Emotion, and Empathy. What ties them all together? Their Impeccable Music taste
Vol 1 sets the team perfectly and it's funny but also heartwarming Well said for the trilogy

Cried so hard both times seeing this in theaters, such a great ending to the whole saga! The movie was a total masterpiece
I love the ending of this film we get so few TRUE happy endings where our heroes get to enjoy their victory in the MCU a lot of the times they border on bittersweet to utterly tragic. Here we got a full on happy Ending where the good guys won, bad guys lost, and everyone gets a sense of closure

The amount of nostalgia when I heard this song in theaters is something I realize what my father felt when he heard the old songs from the 1st movie, it's bittersweet knowing not everything will be the same in the future, but oddly it means more opportunities will open up

It’s been quite a ride with this band of misfits, even though they’re literally worlds apart, their love for each other will never end. And just before he left quill managed to teach an entire city of people, dancing is truly the greatest thing there is.

I’d like to point our a parallel that James Gunn has perfected here and which I haven’t noticed until now, in Guardians vol.1 the whole trilogy, started with Peter Quill dancing in Morag, now the trilogy ends in Guardians vol.3 with every EXCEPT Quill dancing. Not to mention Quill will be the only one “returning” supposedly. This really touches my heart even more now realizing that mostly everyone dancing is basically confirmed to have made their final farewells.

Iam not someone who cries watching movies. I get emotionally moved sometimes but i just don't cry in general. But i was a the stage of Learning to accept things as they are and let go of my longings and regret and love. I was at the stage where i was finally starting to be strong enough. And i bought the ticket to Gotg 3 just because i need to get out and live again. Ironically this was the first movie after so many months where i decide to move on . The movie was very powerful as it refrences animal cruelty and just people with problems. And Quill was going through a lot of maybe what i was going through . But we all trying to find our place in this world. One day at a time. the finale of the movie came to close and Florence + the machine - Dog days are over start playing and my tears wont stop and Gamora starts laughing and dancing and Drax started dancing. And i just completely gave in and Happiness finally hits me like a train on a track. And i realise my dog days are over and the war in my mind is done iam ready to be happy again. Thank you Florence Welch and Thank you James Gunn and all the cast of GOGT 3 and all the crew members . This movie will forever holds a special place in my soul
Felt the same way watching this in theaters with my now gf and it helped me realize how I've always held my tears back and bit my lip. Something about this movie changed and helped me realize that it's okay to be vulnerable even as a guy and to let yourself feel things. My gf helped me to this day with that and I'm looking for professional help with my mental baggage. It takes a while to get out of that mental stagnation but it is worth it, trust me it's worth it.

I saw this movie twice in theaters and cried both times during this scene!! Such a phenomenal ending to my favorite Marvel trilogy!!! Not even a Marvel fan but this is my favorite movie of 2023 so far!!! ❤😭👏🏻🚀🦝
Guardians are different then all marvel movies, there the only ones that don’t feel like superhero movies and just feel like a great trilogy.

One of the biggest moments for me was Nebula "reading" all of what Rocket went through & immediately not only relating to it, but using it as fuel to help. She understood she wasn't the only person "experimented" on & the rage, hatred & sympathy really shined through when she was analyzing Rocket's past.
Thank you, James Gunn and Marvel Studios for the Guardians of the Galaxy movies (2014 - 2023). I will miss the Guardians of the Galaxy.

It's so strange to be nostalgic about songs in a Guardians of the Galaxy film. The way that the first movie's songs were nostalgic for my parents, this song in particular is to me. It's almost like a comfort in growing up, that we've matured and that everything will work itself out
This song made me cry specifically the “run fast for your mother run fast for your father” because they got murdered 2 years ago. But still made my happy with the memories I had with them, this song is such a mix of emotions.
I was holding my tears through the entire movie but when this started playing I immediately started crying T.T
Guardians have definitely a special vibe. No other movie from MCU or any movie at all can make you feel like this. I think it's because of having a perfect timing on the soundtracks and the characters being relatable and also developing so meaningful relationships with each other. You can tell other MCU characters are basically coworkers between each other.
That's the talent of James Gunn. No other director from MCU can manage to create something like this, that feels like a real family, which they were in real life too. James created a beautiful working atmosphere where everyone enjoyed working together and become friends and ultimately a family.
I love guardians more than avengers because they are family, not coworkers

I can't imagine a better epilogue to Endgame than this movie. The MCU's overall subtext that 'dads are the bad guys' is contrasted so well in the films' closing moments. Yeah, there are plenty of things to nitpick and criticize, but I left this film happy and emotionally satisfied. James Gunn stuck the landing. So, so glad he was given the chance, and can't wait to see what he does with Superman.
You know I think I finally figured out why vol 3 became my favorite. It's a finale that actually felt FINAL not just setting up another movie or show. It felt like a complete story and that's the difference between this film and a lot of phase 4. Those projects at times just felt like set ups for other stuff. This movie didn't. James was free to tell his story his way and thank God for that.
Didn't have high hopes for the GOTG trilogy when it was announced years ago. However, all 3 films are great and probably the best non Avengers films.
This movie made me feel true feelings and helped me remember all the things they’ve been through together
They won. They healed, scarred and warmed. They didn't just survive. They built a HOME. Drax is a father again. Mantis is independent. Nebula is a hero woth friends. Quill is reconnecting to Earth. Gamora is dead. Gamora is happy with people who love and respect her as a person and a leader. Heck, even Groot's kid Groot has grown up into a fine upstanding... Florian. And Rocket. He's learned more than empathy. He's fought for it. Risked his life for it. He's opened his heart and found love. They won.

I cried when watching this movie because it made me realize my childhood is basically over, I remember being 7 watching the first guardians movie and now I’m 15 and it’s feels like everything that loved is just fading away and maybes that’s good, because eventually we all have to learn to love the past and let go
I never thought an anthropomorphic racoon would ever make me cry untill I saw this movie
I used to watch edits like these a lot as a kid. Now a young adult I return to at least one and I've never felt so much emotion. I grew up with these characters, they were my heroes. As I grew older I looked beyond that and saw their flaws. They're like me. They're just like anyone else.

Not many movies have made me cry but GOTG Vol 1-3 all somehow managed to make me cry like a baby. There will likely never be a series I'll enjoy as much as this. Thank you, James Gunn

Honestly Guardians will remain my favorite marvel trilogy I loved the first fell in love with the characters second was a great expansion in the series seeing peters and gamoras relationship to grow only to unfortunately have it taken in infinity war then seeing them bring her back for the third was so exciting I really think we all wish it ended better for them this movie made me cry so many times I’ve seen other say it didn’t end guardians it celebrated it and I completely agree this song choice for it was absolutely brilliant the dog days really are over for these characters we have loved so much of the years I absolutely love this song now from the movie and it will definitely play at my graduation and wedding I’m forever grateful for the story and characters I got to see grow over the years I’m sad to see them go but excited for the hopefully star lord movie

I'll never get over Floors death
I really wanted to see this one with my Dad, since we’d watched the first 2 together, and he really liked them. He passed away a couple weeks before we would’ve been able to see it. Now every time I watch it, I think of him, and it hurts a little. I’m sure he would’ve enjoyed it as much as I did, but it wasn’t the same watching it without him. Miss you dad.

The finale to this movie was perfect, every loose end was tied up so well. I’ve been watching Marvel movies for over ten years, and this one is really something special.
When I first heard the song in 2015, it gave me hope that things will get better, that our life in poverty will be over. Also heard at that time, the statistics of people owning pieces of technology in the home will double each year. So that kept me more hopeful in what we will own in the future, tech doubling came true. But we still in poverty, I guess that statistic effects every level of wealth. Maybe I needed to here the song one more time.
