Hello Toh, have you encounter Error 13? Does the Factory Restore take care of that error? please guide me if you already fix ERRO13 or you already experience it?
Yes. Error 13 can be caused by many reasons. Mine was caused by a faulty charging station. You can search for my video on error 13. Some people say you can just change a fuse but I don’t know how to do that.
Did not fix Error 13 on my device. Sometimes it charges with no issues. Other times it backs out, and then docks again. Does this several times before stating Error 13. The charging connectors are super clean.
I followed all the steps of the video but the power button went red and would not stop flashing . It kept saying "error 14 " How do I fix that?

My roborock s5 can't not return back to the dock, it comes pretty close to the dock and then misses it. Any recommendations? Thank you for your help 😁
No idea. Is your dock working and powered on? Can you try with another dock?
Can’t I use roborock app with s5max? That’s where QR code in manual took me but it’s giving me fits.
i just purchased the Roborock s5 i am having the same problem the RoboRock wont recognize my Wifi
S5 is not supported by the Roborock app. You need to use Mi Home app. S5 Max should be supported.

I have an s5 that will not turn on, at all. I bought a new battery for it, installed it, still nothing. Someone suggested it needs a new motherboard. Do you have a video on how to do that?
Since the S5 is an old model, I guess the charging station is not working. I would start from there.
will the maps eliminate if i change wi-fi?
I don’t believe so.

No, you do not if you just want to reconfigure wifi.

1st when i buy s6.. Its can work properly as usualy bt then after few week got problem to connect with wifi.. Then i saw below the registration tht say 5g not support omg!!! Waste my money..
Almost all such devices operate in 2.4 GHz due to wider coverage.
S5 doesn't have these buttons
Mine is S5. I have two S5. Unless yours is S5 Max which may be different.
