I'm glad Vaush has been taking a strong stance against this nitpicking attitude towards protests. There unfortunately is a section of this community whose sole engagement with left-wing protests is to undermine them through this disproportionate concern about few bad actors among thousands, or questioning the worthwhileness of protesting in the first place, with the implication being that it might have been better if people just stayed silent. It's really just couch coaching but for protests, except couch coaches for sports tend to be more familiar with the sport than these people are with protest dynamics.

45:29 about the hair going oily if you don’t wash it: give it a one or even two weeks break. I know it‘s gross. But if you don’t wash it at all for a long time and then you shampoo it 2-3 times to really get all the grease out, it‘s gonna last you longer. Your hair looks like it has a similar texture and thickness to mine and I wash my hair once a week. You can probably wash it every 3 or 4 days if you can‘t stand the feeling of grease at all. But that initial break can give you some leeway.

Ngl, idk about the homeless shelter stuff. My bf stays at a homeless shelter in Idaho and I haven't heard any horror stories but then again he has his own room there because they drug test and he fails them because he uses weed to prevent his seizures and when that happens you get your own room or sometimes a room with a roommate.
