    • @Kat deejay Yes but it is scariest for the last duckling. It must have been so afraid, worried about the others leaving it, and anxious to catch up, but it fears that it will not succeed as it has failed so many times. All the ducklings were very brave tho, we should learn from them:)

To keep a track of the babies they either rely on sight, or the mother duck let's out voice commands and the babies reply with their own sound. The baby can easily get seperated because if the mother duck doesn't hear anymore reply sounds or can't see a baby, she'll just carry on.
