  • The unit I had installed 4 months ago started leaking after the cistern is flushed. A tiny capilar stream of water slowly flows inside the bowl. I am disappointed with the acquisition as I find the system to lack some basic functionalities such as start stop of the flushing, while the complexity of the mechanism doesn't really seem to present any advantage. This is the first time I see an almost new cistern leak after only a few months. I would simply change the whole system, but unfortunately that would be expensive as it involves breaking tiles and part of the wall. I am considering that maybe I am unlucky and have bought a unit with some small defects that became more noticeable as the months passed.. In the end, does Grohe simply recommend unmounting the mechanism, inspecting the gasket elements and maybe replacing the floating cylinder altogether? Thank you for uploading this instructive video. It can help customers that have similar issues as myself.

    • @@grohedeutschland9740 thank you very much for your reply. I live in Germany (sorry for not writing in German, I slightly lack the technical vocabulary but I think in my case I have managed to narrow it down to two potential parts: Ventilablauf and Ventilsitz/Dichtungen. Should I simply contact the customer service in Germany for advice? Also, do they need a purchase receipt or anything? I unfortunately lost them.

  • Hallo Team grohe, ich habe die gleiche Vorrichtung neu installiert. Direkt nach Einbau läuft mir permanent ein winziger Wasserstrahl nach. Wie kann ich die hebeglocke einstellen, dass sie nach Betätigung 100% abdichtet?

    • Hallo und Danke für deine Frage! An dieser Stelle bitten wir einmal zu schauen ob das Ablaufventil richtig im Ventilsitz eingesteckt und eingerastet ist - und ob ggf. Schmutz auf der Dichtfläche vom Ventilsitz sitzt.   • Thats crazy.. in order to regulate the amount of flushing water I must dismantle the whole instalation??? Of course without seeing the inside like in the video

    • No, I don't know why they don't just show it but you can regulate it on the left part where the water is coming in. Today had this problem and after a few hours stuck found that on the left side below water level you can turn around the pipe to regulate the amount of water in the tank.

  • Hey weiß einer zufällig wie man die Füllmenge einstellt? bei mir ist die bisschen über der Markierung, dadurch spritzt das Wasser auch immer raus wenn man abzieht

  • 1:16 bardzo istotne. Gumka ma taki rowek w połowie tej rury, jeśli uszczelka przesunie się w górę to cały mechanizm dzwona nie zakotwiczy się i będzie ciekło po muszli. Film byłby bardziej wartościowy gdyby były opisy.

    • A ja mam znowu taki problem, że nie moge wyjąć tego ostatniego elementu. Nowy mechanizm, dopiero co założony przez fachowców. Woda cieknie drobnym strumyczkiem. Chciałem wyjąć i sprawdzić uszczelkę, ale nie moge. Ciągne na maksa i tak myślę, że moze to sie wykręca jakos?

    • @@konradplachecki5965 jeśli to grohe to nie powinno być gwintu, tylko oring uszczelka i na wcisk montowane. Widzę, że film poprawiono i jest to podkreślone.

    • @@jezol007 wyglada, ze problemem byla uszczelka silikonowa. Przelozylem ja na druga strone i juz nie cieknie. Na marginesie wyciaganie i wkladanie tego ostatniego elementu nie jest takie łatwe jak na filmach pokazuja. Szczegolnie do wlozenia trzeba sporo sily przylozyc, ja sobie butelka pomagalem zeby dopchnac.

  • Nagelneues gerät gestern eingebaut. Wasser an und stoppt nicht. Ich habe alle Teile wie Sie oben zeichen abgebaut und schauen gut an. Troztem wasser stoppt nicht. Wenn ich mit hand nach oben den Füllventil Styropor drucke dann stoppt aber aleine geht nicht. Ich habe versucht auch ganz unten oder ganz oben zu regurlieren aber stoppt nicht. Was soll ich tun? Danke im Voraus

    • @@grohedeutschland9740 Vielen Dank für deine Antwort Alex. Ich habe heute mit dein Kollege Herr M. V gesprochen und hat mir eine Anleitung gegeben um die Membrane aus zu bauen und sauber machen. War alles ok als nagelneue war. Ich habe am ende das ganze Komponenten zurück ins Baumarkt gebracht und die haben Füllventil als auch Zentralteil umgetauscht. Ich probiere später alle neue Teile und melde ich mich. Danke noch mal.   • Füllstand zu hoch trotz Schwimmer auf niedrigster Position. Der Wasserzufluss stoppt nicht, Alle inneren Teile wurden bereits ausgebaut, gesäubert und wieder eingebaut. Was kann ich noch machen; was ist die Ursache?

    • Hallo, Stellt das Füllventil nicht ab, so dass das Wasser über das Überlaufrohr vom Ablaufventil läuft ? Dann schaue bitte einmal nach, ob das Füllventil irgendwo klemmt - der Hebel vom Füllventil darf nicht blockieren! Oder entferne ggf. Verschmutzungen der Membrane vom Füllventil.     • @@grohedeutschland9740 Danke für die schnelle Hilfestellung, stark! 💪🏼 Habe das Problem bereits gelöst. Gegenüber des Füllventils am Schwimmerkorpus ist eine Membran verbaut, welche verrutscht ist und so nicht richtig arbeiten konnte.

  • Sekunde 28: Hat der Anschluss wirklich Linksgewinde?? Ansonsten müsste der Pfeil eigentlich andersherum gehen um den Überwurf zu lösen.. Ist aber nur meine Bescheidene Meinung. Bisher habe ich mich noch nicht herangetraut, das Teil ist so eng... Wer konstruiert sowas? Wenn da was abbricht, kann man das ganze Bad neu fliesen.. :(

  • grohe spülkästen sind wirklich der letzte schrott, es stimmt also was viele sagen. habe in meinem haus zwei stück, die permanent hängenbleiben. in anderen immobilien habe ich geberit verbaut - funktionieren tadellos.
