So in summary, if you see a stray dog on the street DO NOT call the authorities, approach it yourself and employ one of the following tactics 1.Leave a trail of meat into a box and once it is in the box beat it with a pole. 2. Approach it with a rope or a broomstick. 3. Walk right up to it and lay down. 4. Judge whether the stray dog is your friend or not, cause it could be. HOWEVER if it's a dog you don't know, keep your distance, but bring a pole,
