What a performance by Arizona, they dominated the turnovers, and the big plays, now Arizona is out of the pac 12, cannot wait what they do in the big 12 next year.
Without Texas or Oklahoma, it will definitely either be Utah or Arizona. I’m leaning towards Utah, so long as Cam Rising is the same Cam Rising that we all once knew.

Unbelievable win at half time it seemed UA offensive line was getting beat real bad but defense came through and hats off to them and the team and coach deserve every praise they can get
Yeah, the highlights don't really show how dominating OU's d-line was; it seemed to have a sack or two every drive. But Arizona's defense played lights out that game.

Wow diehard zona fan here. I want to tear up because I’m so proud of this team, proud of this program. We’re so passionate about our wildcats down here in Tucson and we haven’t had anything to cheer for football wise since Anu Solomon which was about 10 years ago. But we always have hope every year knowing it’s gonna happen eventually, and it’s looking good as of right now. Happy my boys are are thriving as a wildcat and always an excellent job from Coach Fisch ❤ 🐻⬇️

What a wonderful season for the University of Arizona! Won 7 in a row and their last loss was in the Freshman (Fafita) QB's first game against Washington by only 7 then lost in 3OT at USC in his second game but after that they beat 4-5 ranked teams (when they played). Bear Down!!

Everybody in this program have done an outstanding job and everybody at the University of Arizona and fans should be very proud of our Wildcats. People were wondering why UW “only” beat Arizona by a TD, but if you watch that game, Fifita and the Wildcats were just ferociously stubborn and played incredibly well. I’m a Buckeye fan who lives and is from Tucson, AZ. I sure would like to see U of A continue this because it would be nice to watch them play like this live for some time to come.

As a TCU fan, I wasn't sure who I was going to root for. OU representing the Big12 and its 'tradition' of winning in the Alamo Bowl, or AZ seeing how they've turned their program around and are coming _into_ the Big12. When OU started to win, I realized I was for certain rooting for Arizona and was worried they might not hold on. Man, was that an impressive second half. And that "turnover sword." 🤣 That particular one needs to be put into a trophy case and they can bring out another! So glad the new Big12 member kicked out the old guys going to the SEC.
Ya got bored dominating the big 12 we gotta go play some real competition (We obviously didn't win the conference this year but Oklahomas domince over this conference is unprecedented)

Oklahoma had the Cats on the ropes. Then Maldonado had that 87 yard pick six. That was a turn around of 11 points, maybe 15. It just swung the momentum. If Sooners would have scored down there, and no AZ touchdown and conversion, that would have been it. Cats showed grit and resillence.
Arizona would have still found a way to win it. Chokelahoma does what it does best. It’s in their OUDNA.

AZ developed that hybrid 8 man zone that gave CW fits for 2 qtrs. The 5* freshman got sucked into their disguised coverages.
Yeah I was trying to figure out why Fake Hollywood Heisman had a hard time against these guys and now I know what they did. They realized OU takes advantage of mismatches on man coverage so they had one of their safeties act as a spy against the receiving core. I've never seen anything like that before...until this game of course lol

The difference is they didn't talk about it like they "arrived" and "took receipts". U of A fans will know, the first season with Coach Fisch was 1-11 two years ago and most would know you can't turn it around in year 1 but when you talk like you did, then prepare for the comments back.

@kennypowers1945 Doubt the oline that played last night will be playing next season. It was all backups as the entire oline either transferred or opted out. First start for the freshman with a brand new OC and they still put up over 500 yards. This team will be ok next year for sure.

Great job by Arizona in this game. Terrible job by whoever put these highlights together. Not showing all the scoring plays is weird enough. But a 2nd-quarter Arizona INT gives the Cats a 1st and goal, and in the next clip, Okla offense has the ball? What happened? Show all the major plays in a sequence.
I was at this game and the stadium was so electric. OU fans started leaving right after Cowing scored to make it 31-24

if gabriel played i dont think it would have been a close game at all. Ou would have dominated and they were before jackson bailed them out with the pick 6. But i think he is gonna be a monster Qb with more reps. 550 yards vs 380. 6 turnovers should have been a blowout for arizona.
@@mvskokee918 - you just don't know. You can't say that the game would have stayed the same except for the turnovers (2 were fumbles by WRs), it doesn't work that way logically. Who knows what would have happened. I do know this Arizona team lost to Washington by only 7 in the Freshman's first game, then in 3 OT at USC in his 2nd game then now won 7 straight including 4 ranked teams (when they played). I could say of course with Garbriel they should be better than a Freshman QB, no doubt but you can't say with him all the good in tonight's game stays and all the bad goes away. One change in one play, changes the whole game, every play moving forward.

@baileym4708 well when you out gain a team 562 yard to 380 and they only had 29 rushing yards. I'd bet my paycheck we would have stomped em. But it's his first start and it's understandable he struggled and I think he is gonna be a beast with more reps.

I was sitting there thinking at the start OU has got this one...but when Fifita starting passing I was like...hmm! Then the more the game progresses I was like I don't know (which would end with the win) then by the 3rd I started leaning AZ winning! And the 4th qtr...(mafia commentary) fuggit about it! 😂 way to go to the Wildcats! Excellent game!!!

I was thinking when Arizona was up 13-0, that Texas had better pay attention, even though the Sooners didn’t have the same QB. Later I was thinking that Ok would win, only to end up throwing 2 interceptions that would seal their fate…
Arizona isn't the biggest team or most physical team but one thing they do very well is make teams pay for mistakes.
Oklahoma is in for a very rude awakening in the SEC. Absolutely no defense unless they get pressure, and average skill players on offense.
Sec is overrated. OU will win 9 to 11 games a year. Big12 parity is tougher.

Most of you other teams have done NOTHING.

Arizona and Utah have some big shoes to fill with Oklahoma and Texas moving on.. Kansas State and Oklahoma State are pretty tough...it will be interesting no doubt..
If oklahoma had not been allowed to hold so much the game would not have been near the scoring Oklahoma ended up having.
They needed 6 turnovers just to be competitive in a game with OU’s backup Quarterback. No turnovers and OU wins that game by 21 points.

@@miltonsmith974 Negative ghostrider. Bad reads by a quarterback no matter their experience level is inevitable, but it's on the defense to capitalize. The 2 fumbles by Farooq were the result of a perfect ball punch on the first one, and a helmet on the ball on the second. The stunt that forced an Oklahoma fumble in the 4th is just good defensive play calling.

People slept on my Cats all season until they kept knocking off ranked opponents over and over. That coaching staff has done a tremendous job since the rebuild. Hopefully the recruiting will get even better now with the new conference and we can show nationally what we are made of. Playoffs 2024 you heard it here first. BEARDOWN ARIZONA!!!!

I was rooting for Arizona. My team, WVU, is in the Big12 but I've always been a Pac12 fan and hate what happened to that conference. Just like what happened to the Big East, dismantled to feed other conferences. Never like WVU being in the Big12 but it's a little more exciting to me now with the addition of a few Pac12 teams. If only they could get Pitt and VT to join.
