Midoriya: "Hey, Kacchan, he stole our fight music!" Bakugo: "I'LL KILL HIM!!!"
I'm not gonna lie, kinda disappointed that this song didn't play during the fight between Midoriya and Bakugou. I mean the song is literally named after them and I feel as though it would've fit decently with the fight. Bakugou's theme plays strongly in the first half so it would fit the part where he initiates the fight. Midoriya's part comes in slowly as he gains the upperhand temporarily when he uses 8% unknowingly. Then as Midoriya's part swells up to accompany his last punch against Bakugou, Bakugou's theme comes back as he blasts him and Midoriya into the ground, gaining a win. It would show that Midoriya still has parts to grow in, but that he's slowly catching up to Bakugou. And it would show that Bakugou is worried about Deku catching up to him, but slowly acknowledging him as a proper rival instead of a worthless scum not worthy of breathing the same air as him.
It would've certainly been well fit, but the way they actually did do it is in my opinion amazing as well. Especially the transition to All might's final battle theme in the end.

The thing I love most about MHA is that the music, the action, the love and character development, along with the harshness and the difficulty, they all continue to fight , and they fight till they cant fight anymore! When i hear the MHA soundtracks I feel like I can do anything! Like there is a fire in my heart and I get butterflies in my stomach! I feel like I can run forever just like deku did in the Season one ending! It gives me a sence of hope and enthusiasm to be greater than I ever thought I could be, and especially because deku was quirkless, before gaining all for one, he made me think about how hard he tried and because he was an ordinary person like me! Whenever I see an episode I cry and not because I'm fangirling or anything, its because when I see this show it makes all my sadness go away, no matter how shitty my day was I can turn to this show and yes I'm very aware that the characters are not real, but the message is! It means never loose hope, never give up on your dreams, and never stop pushing no matter how hard it hurts! They may have powers and we dont, but the point is that neither did deku and if we try hard enough, we can reach our goals! We can become the NUMBER ONE HERO IN NO MATTER WHAT WE DO! NO MATTER WHO WE WANNA BE! Because we can go beyond *PLUS ULTRA!!!*

I genuinely feel like this theme was created specifically for the deku vs kacchan, part 2 episode and just wasn’t used because I played it to that fight and it syncs up almost perfectly, I played it around the part deku powers up one for all and lightning surrounds his body and it just works. Also this theme literally played the very next episode after their rematch, all the more reason I believe it to be specifically created for that one episode.
