@@raylangley4842first of all mate the first pen was not a dive he fully took his ankles out from the back, pens have been given all season for that. The handball stopped an obvious goal scoring chance and he moved his hand towards the ball so that is a penalty, same situation has been given a pen many times, clearly the laws of the game are flawed. Hudson Odoi tackle was 100% a penalty he has been completely taken out from the back when he was in on goal, so red card and a penalty, ashley young did not get the ball.

Agree entirely. 1 and 3 are 100% pens, and the handball is a 50/50. I struggle to see how those two tackles are not punished in these var days.
First foul is debatable, Reyna seemed to put himself into a position to get fouled, hand ball I can accept is too close range to be considered deliberate, but that last foul is the most clear cut penalty I’ve ever seen. Young slid in from behind and didn’t even get a shoelace on the ball got nothing but player with that tackle

Thats not the worst part. The worst is they didn't even VAR it and stop play to check it. There's games where someone trips over his own shoe laces and var spends 5 minutes on it 2 stone wall penalties and one 50/50 that should've all been checked is disgusting they pretended like it didn't happen

Yeh agreed but both those goals were the result of lazy defending. 💯 Effort and we walk away with at least a draw. The VAR is masking the ineptness in the performance

None of those were fouls or Pens. You guys have been conditioned my modern day WUSSIE football. If every time to touch a foot its a fouls the game outside the box would by 90 minutes of free kicks. Reyna steps over into Youngs path on purpose. On the 2nd BS claim, Young kicks at the ball, GO WATCH IT AGAIN, so his arms NATURALLY follow his leg upwards for balance, plus he was 2 feet away, LOL. So, is he supposed to keep his arm straight as he KCKS? thats DUMB. Lastly, and sadly, the last one is usually given bit shouldn't be, Anthony Gordon got a Pen vs. West Ham by sticking his feet in between a guy trying to clear the ball, the foul should be on him fir DANGEROUS PLAY. The same thing happened on the BS 3rd claim. Dude sees he can't get a shot of before Young hits the ball so he steps over into, almost on his feet. Then you club embarrassed themselves, if you were getting any points back, I doubt you do know, luckily Luton are so bad you will probably stay up.
@@MrRondonmon you simply cannot compare the third challenge to the Gordon one when for that one Phillips drew his leg back to clear it seconds ahead and Gordon ran in at top speed facing away from the goal when Hudson Odoi actually got to the ball first and was through on goal. Gordon would’ve had to do a crazy back heel to have scored whilst Hudson Odoi had a 1 on 1 with the keeper.

He list control of the ball to the right, Young saw a chance to pass the ball back to the keeper to boot it away, so Odoi stepped over in his path. This damned pens for a guy FLICKING the ball out of bounds or away from the goal just to get CONTACT should be seen as a play on. You lose control of the ball, therefore it should not be a foul, you do not have possession of the ball. Same with Odio, he stepped over, go look. He's a foot to the left, sees Young is about to clear and consciencely stepped over into his path. Anyone who steps between a guys attempt to play the ball should NEVER get a foul, Football has become wussie ball.
3 incidents in short succession of one one another with 3 different decisions. Grealish - arm up in the wall. No pen. Wan-Bissaka - closing down a cross ball hits his arm in a natural position. Pen. Young - almost a carbon copy of above, minus dreadlocks. No pen. Then they wonder why people get annoyed.
Mental! There is not even a debate about the first and third penalty shouts. Handball is 50-50. Because it is ''only'' Forest, nothing will be done about it.

We've been lucky L1 has been so schit this season and there's a few Prem teams who've been lucky Sheff U, Luton and Burnley have been so schit too. The defending from us was absolutely awful though for the goals, lets not forget that. Sels had a shocker today. All 3 of those penalty appeals could have been penos in reality. The first one was 50/50 in my opinion as there wasn't much contact and he looked like he went down easily Reyna. The handball one by Young was a handball. His arm didn't have to be that far out from his body. The third one is a clear as day penalty. Absolute shambles from the officials. The first one should should have had the ref look at the monitor and the last two..well the third appeal the ref should have got that straight away. The second should have been given by VAR.

I used to believe the premier league had the best of everything, but the fact all these penalty calls were ignored, when at least two were penalties is beyond belief. The silence since is a disgrace from the FA and PGMOL, there silence is very telling as they do not have a leg to stand on. Ashley Youngs post afterwards shows what a classless individual he is as well.

As an Arsenal fan, Declan Rice concedes a "no-brainer" penalty when an opponent gets between him and an attempt to clear the ball and is kicked. How then are both of these not pens? Best case scenario, both are connections with player in an attempt to get the ball. I can get why the handball was 50-50, but two easy pens surely?

1. 100% pen didn't win the ball hit the back of the foot cancelo did that to dembele in the UCL it was given. 2. 50/50 his hand came out to an unnatural position reminds me of the city when everyone were saying it was a pen lol it was not given so I can agree with same outcome here 3. Stone wall penalty and potentially even red card like the first ruined a big chance without winning the ball and hurting the players foot from behind. Even if only the last one was given as a pen it's filthy disgusting how they spend 5 minutes verifying it was a pen or not when a guy trips over his own shoe laces and here they didn't var NOT 1 OF THOSE 3 ARGUABLE PENALTIES just to verify. Curious.. if the referee thought in the last potential penalty that Ashley Young got the ball why didn't he gave a penalty for a backpass since the goalkeeper picks the ball with his hand?
Pass back required a deliberate pass of the ball to GK. A tackle would never be judged as a pass back.
Notts Forest had plenty of chances to win this game, clear chances, the penalties all looked give-able especially number 1 and 3 maybe the second was too close.
This was a disgrace to the sport. Even if Anthony Taylor missed the blatant penalty calls(which is incompetent) var should've stepped in but as we all know THERE IS SOMETHING FISHY HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENE We've been a victim in title race against City many times we can feel you Forest😤
Everton fan here, I can understand Forests frustrations in this game, nobody likes losing, especially when you would have been hoping for points. 1st penalty shout, never a penalty. The attacker had already played the ball and achieved nothing from it, a bit of follow through from Young didn’t change any outcome and was never enough contact to be going down. 2nd Penalty shout, 100% a penalty. The attacker attempts to play the ball across goal and Wood was stood waiting for an easy attempt on goal. Blocked by the hand of Ashley young which wasn’t close enough to the body in my opinion. 3rd penalty shout, not a penalty, but more of a 50/50. Young attempts to play the ball, is blocked off by the attacker, the attacker should stay strong and get a shot off rather than fish for a penalty whilst wrapping his arm around Youngs. If you are going to shield the ball in such a way then you need to stay strong, gone down looking for it. Also, if you swap the players over, making the forest player Young and Young the attacker, I can undoubtedly say that Forest fans would still be asking for a penalty, saying there was no attempt to play the ball or he trod on the players foot, anything. Stop looking for reasons to blame the result on. Your team lost 2-0, with a bit of luck you may have had TWO penalties at most and IF you scored both then you MAY have achieved a draw, how pathetic. Everton have had some tough calls in the past but by the end of the match, the only incontestable assessment you can make is that your team should have done better. Do better Forest.
And I say the second is a penalty because it prevented a clear goal scoring opportunity. I see many people saying it isn’t even a penalty.
1st: Anywhere else on the pitch it is a late tackle, therefore a free kick. In this case, a penalty. 2nd: After the ball hits his hand, he immediately puts his arm behind his back and sheepishly looks at the ref. He knows it was a handball. The exact same incident at Wembley was given as a penalty. 3rd: The ref indicated that he played the ball. A clear and obvious error by the ref. VAR should have called him to review it on the screen, but that doesn't happen anymore, it would appear.

It's quite fitting that the game in which these double-standards and corruption were rightfully called out by Forest, was a game involving the two victims of PSR double-standards and corruption. Hopefully all the noise Forest have created might achieve something, because the Premier League is becoming a joke.
Evertonian here and I've just listened and watched your own channel commentary on the game and both your commentators for the 1st 2 penalty shouts were unconvinced that they were pens and 1st pen , Commentary said not enough for a pen on Reyna when down with hardly any contact, 2nd penalty shout both your Forest commentators said that ball was way to close to Ashley Young's arm (ie) literally 10inches away from Ashley Young's arm which was a natural position so no pen again but even as a Blue the last one was a penalty for Forest..! But your own fan channel literally said it wasn't a penalty against Young due to proximity of Youngs arm from the ball ..!! Plus you were by far the worst team on the pitch and apart from Pickfords save you didn't threaten at all..!! Also do you remember last season when we played you and DCL should have had a blatant penalty for us against you but not given and also the VAR official for the game was from the Nottingham area..!! So your official for VAR is he biased and corrupt

I concede the Reyna call would have been harsh as a penalty. But the handball was a clear handball under the rules, as not only was Young's arm fully outstretched, but his handball stopped the ball falling to Wood just behind him for a simple tap-in. As for being the worse team on the pitch, you know as well as I do that goals change games, just as in Everton v Chelsea game, when your players heads dropped and they lost confidence.

Not an everton nor forest fan, but forest were robbed. 3 clear cut penalties, if it was just the one, even with VAR it still could be a human error, but 3! Refs and VAR need to be held more accountable to terrible decision making like this.

You can spend your time moaning about decisions like clubs and fans alike have been doing since foorball was invented. Or you can concern yourself with the fact that the keeper was beaten twice by two shots, neither of which was particularly hard from well outside the penalty area. Forest have lost 18 games and conceded 60 goals. Is that all down to poor decisions by the officials as well?

You're all insane. None of them are clear penalties. In each occasion, Young makes an honest attempt to play the ball. There's no malice involved and no deliberate attempt to impede the Forest player. Look how far Reyna has to stretch to put his foot in the way of Young's, who's eyes are focused on the ball and has no idea until it's too late. Why does Reyna get the benefit of the doubt? Why can't it be seen as a striker impeding a defender? Same goes for the third incident. Young, again with his eyes only on the ball, has an arm thrust across his path by Hudson-Odoi and gets dragged down by his shoulder. Yet you're all so convinced of foul play because your guy didn't win. And this is precisely the kind of bullshit that got you VAR in the first place. Whining and whinging over every perceived slight against your team by 'biased' referees, who were actually doing a pretty good job as it turns out. And now, after getting your wish, you're still not happy. Go figure. And now we're left with a game where defenders can't make a fair challenge anymore. I'm happy that the bad old days of the 70s and 80s, when players were trying to snap each other in half, are gone. But this is taking it too far. I for one, am still interested in watching a game where a defender can enter a fair 50/50 challenge without fear of being unjustly penalised simply because they're a defender.

Disgraceful. The league won’t let Everton go down with their new stadium in the works. They know everton will not survive in championship. If Everton was to be in championship, I 100% guarantee the would not bounce back straight away. They would slip further and further down.
