Rockstar is smart. They are adding a lot of cars form GTA5 with new customization and with updated interior and also new GTA6 Vehicles
And some are even the updated versions of the GTA IV cars, like the green schyster in the car meet scene

Really hoping the PMP 700 makes an appearance in the winter DLC. One thing I noticed, compared to other NEW cars from the trailer, the PMP is the most detailed and polished vehicle. It looks like it’s ready to drive right now. Maybe it’s the optimist in me though.

Im ok with reusing cars, especially if the differentiate how they handle more, increase customization, and polygon count. GTA 5 had really low poly cars, even for 2013 I think people said they were relatively low. So the amount of detail these new cars have is almost incomparable.
A good bit of gta 5's car lineup originally came from gta 4 and I thought that was really cool to update these older models to work with the new game because my favorite car is the ruiner since gta 4 so much that I got an iroc z because of gta.
I guarantee we already have a few gta6 cars in gta5 online. If you look at the interior of the kanjo sj (civic coupe) its overly detailed compared to previous cars, especially looking at the interior roof area, dome lights, visors, sunroof. We've been getting a few cars that are very detailed in the past couple years

I'm absolutely not. So far each GTA this far has had their own version and take of every which vehicle, and seeing how this new GTA is just V2 doesn't seem promising to me. Remember that Rockstar isn't a small indie developer group, they have the money, they have the manpower, they have the reasons to use both to their complete extent, and what they are giving us is a rehashed, optimized old game. I sure damn hope the gameplay feels different, because the giant asses roaming around the streets alone aren't going to cut it for me.

At 7:11 it could be the Landstalker XL, however, it could be an updated variant of the Bravado Gresley based on the Dodge Durango
An Airboat Is a boat specifically designed for marshes, they have a completely flat metal bottom allowing it to drive over the grass of the marshes, it also has a massive (very loud) fan that propels it (quite fast). I live by the Everglades and their everywhere.

8:40 I think this is actually a revamped Karin Intruder (3rd Gen Infiniti Q45). I have no idea why they would take the time to re-do such an obscure car but I love it, assuming i'm right.
The Chrysler 300 was also in gta 4 as a “pmp 600”. At 14:29 you can see the new Chrysler 300 with the number 700 on the trunk. And the text “PMP” at the end of the license plate. Assuming it will be called a PMP 700 because it is a newer variant of it
I bet this car makes an appearance in the December DLC for GTA Online
Im glad it is back though.....besides the Schafter the PMP is my favourite cruiser. I missed this car so much in gta5.

That 80s truck at 14:44 is probably an hd refresh of the Walton. The Walton was a 1957 gm/chevy apache with a farm bed. Most famous in San Andreas and Vice city stories This seems to be a 78 Ford F150 with a welders bed. It might be an hd refresh or a new variant of the Walton

Nice video and thank you for analyzing the cars well and not doing totally random guesses at the cars like other youtubers. Also, at 7:40 the car in front of the Aventador and at 10:20 the blue car, this seems to be more based off a 2020 Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback, the body lines and headlights are extremely similar to this car more. Great video!

I'm glad that with the cars we don't have just textures for the lights and get fully modelled lights. Makes a huge difference.

On the opening highway scene I saw what looked like an Isuzu NPR with a landscaping body and lawnmower, a few Vapid Speedo's, what looked like a Chevy express van based shuttle bus. The night time highway scene I saw a Chevy CK1500 (later I think its the same truck but in green). I think the orange thing you referred to as a trailer is a cargo van, the pixelated window gave me Transit vibes. That truck carrying the tires DEFINETLY gives me Isuzu NPR vibes.
The yellow and white car you couldn’t identify is a returning car from the classic days, it’s the Oceanic.

I love the PMP coming back. I missed the PMP 600 from GTA 4, but it's coming back as the PMP 700. that's the new Chrysler 300 you see. The rear pic has PMP on the plate, and a 700 badge on the trunk

Not sure if someone explained the first boat at 1:33 or not, but it is an air boat. It’s got a few different names other than that like swamp boat, bayou boat, fan boat, etc. They’re used to traverse marshes and swamps that can be unpredictable (marsh bayous can close and open leaving them different than you remember them a few weeks before) or have obstacles/areas where a regular boat’s propeller would snag thick grass or thunk into logs or cypress roots. They’re super popular for “swamp tours” down here in the Southern US, especially in Florida and Louisiana.

The metal flake on the green truck is possibly a vinyl wrap? The sticker in the centre of the back window says Vice Vinyl, however, this could be the same truck in the scene with the guy in the righteous slaughter shirt. There's a crate of records in the back so it could be the name of a record store.

They remodeled the 2nd gen stanier making it look more like a ford crown Victoria now. The ford explorer and ford crown Victoria police livery are based off the Broward county sheriff police livery. The vapid interceptor aka Ford Taurus interceptor got a facelift. The ford Taurus interceptor and dodge chargers have the new and old miami Dade county sheriff liveries. Im excited for the Florida state trooper based dodge challenger!!

i really hope the lowriders, donks, dub cars have more emphasis this time around, they dropped the DLC in gta v and then just forgot about it, never added more cars to it or anything.. released so many cars that should have had benny's customization over the years and never took the opportunity. one of my favourite styles and scenes. also hope the lowrider rims actually look more like daytons and such, the old rims were okay but not right.

6:22 That doesn't look like a trailer, but rather one of those Ford Transit wagons that is orange. You can see the front slanting forward like the ones in real life. Also, if R* is smart they would just add the majority of the regular civilian vehicles and variants of the non-civilian into this game with updated customization and variations. It isn't hard to do and would make a great variety on top of the new vehicles coming into the game. GTA5 had some great vehicles, even the lower end ones would feel great updated.

Right under the leaves on the right of the light pole, you can see the rest of the van and a shadow of the front wheel. Most definitely a Ford Transit variant in GTA as this has been a pretty big want in the GTA car modding community. Look up the two mods "Vapid Speedo Express" and the "Benefactor Imperial" It looks closer to the Vapid Speedo Express honestly. - which also has a Orange Variant in the photo page so you can see the similarities.

I really hoped for the GTA VI to have narrower roads, unlike the really wide roads in GTA V, from the trailer I saw I think I can say that the roads are pretty narrow, especially comparing them to GTA V and also I am hoping we can finally push the car to their real-life limits, so supercars going 300km/h+ is a must, from what I've heard the problem was system limitations, and if that's true then no-doubt the cars will be faster and actually go as fast as their real-life counterparts. But that's just me, I could be wrong.
It was due to gta 5s map size they limited the top speeds. If cars were faster the map would feel smaller
Yes, realistic speed , realistic buildings . As long as they keep it ORIGINAL and don’t add flying bikes and ghost organizations this game will feel like the old GTA . Gta v doesn’ even feel like a gta game with all the nonsense they gave us

Just realized that the Cheetah has the San Andreas style logo for Grotti (the one with the rabbit) also is reworked for sure, look at the rear end and the rims. Those are closer to the irl oem ferrari testarossa rims

That’s an airboat we use them in the Everglades a lot as well as other very shallow grassy areas

the washington is a lincoln town car. there are hints of crown vic but it’s mainly a lincoln. the crown vic in gta v was only as a cop car. even the stanier is a mercury marauder. so washingtons u mentioned might not be updated washingtons. just a new named car for the crown vic
