Hello everyone welcome back to my channel 🥰. Hope you are all doing well. Today I'm showing how i prepared this yummy potato and vegetable casserole recipe. It's easy and cheap to prepare. You can have for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients down below 👇👇👇
6 peeled potatoes
1broccoli
Red and yellow bell peppers
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
A bunch of parsley
100g grated cheese
300ml milk
3 large eggs
100g all purpose flour
Salt and black pepper
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Baked in a preheated oven at 180° for 30-35 minutes , depending on the type of oven.
