The Sea Sparrow can be purchased without owning kosatka, just the normal sparrow [the better one] needs you to own the kosatka. Also you don't need to do the chop shop mission for the brickade 6x6, you need to do the first and last dose missions by contacting Dax.

Shitzu hakchou drag is $1M and its the fastest land vehicle in gta with hsw❤

Toreador is great for battling mk2 opressors and the plasma cutter mission for perico hiest

Pretty sure the hakchou drag motorcycle is the fastest motorcycle in the game as it's the only motorcycle u can equip HSW upgrades on to make it the fastest landbike

- Believe it or not the HSW Hakuchou Drag goes 157.5 mph but the Reever goes 163mph and without hsw its the 13th fastest bike

B11 strikeforce I would say could be added to the planes, the FH-1 Hunter for helicopters, the Virtue for super cars, and the Avenger is another decent service vehicle.

Mk2 in pvp yeah great idea to tone down the aggressiveness of the missles but it now sucks for missions and what not was a great vehicle for grinding
