To be honest, Goals like these happen a lot in teams that have Goalkeepers who are good with their feet. Playing from the back is often causes complacency because you can become too comfortable therefore making mistakes.

But your saying Tsmikas isn't good but he hasn't even started a game so... Minamino literally played a full 90 with us and scores and he scored on his debut with Southampton... we just need like a Mahrez and Bernado Sliva type signings. Trust me when I say when we have a pre season we won't have as many injuries because players and hive their bodies a rest and get fitter etc etc.

The same players that play a game changing individual role in a match can sometimes have an off day. Ali has saved us on innumerable occassions. He's the reason why we went on to win the UCL and didn't drop down to Europa league. A few of his iconic performances being the Barcelona comeback with Roma and then again with Liverpool and also that crazy UCL game against Napoli. Don't wanna hear a word against him.

Well played Manchester City. A deserved victory. It's looking very good at the moment for them. However, I STILL believe Liverpool will retain the title. We have worked too hard to just give it up so easily. Plus there have been so many unexpected results thus far......and there is still over a third of the season to go. We were in a similar position in the 1985-86 season and went on to win The Double. Also we have pulled out some amazing victories in our time. Such as: Barcelona 2019. Dortmund 2016. West Ham 2006. AC Milan 2005. Olympiacos 2005. Klopp needs to put round pegs in round holes. Defenders in defence, midfielders in midfield etc. This is the perfect time to start an astonishing run towards retaining the title and winning the Champions League. It does sound far fetched, but I'm still very confident. And remember other teams even in the Premier League era, looked like they had the title sown up only to collapse and lose it. The road to the title starts today at Leicester City. I'll go Leicester City 2-4 Liverpool. Also RIP to Jürgen's mum. That is never easy to deal with and again puts everything into perspective. YNWA!

That doesn't mean we would win the league if we had VVD, Gomez etc etc. This was bound to happen when we play this pressing football for 3 seasons. Also I think Covid really fucked up our chances. No pre seasons= less fitness no rest meaning more injuries. I'm about 90% sure next season Liverpool will go back to their best as long as we have a proper season and at least 30,000 fans allowed in Anfield.

It was the high press and applying pressure on Allison and the defence by City that should be congratulated in drawing those mistakes from them. Ordinarily opposition teams don't do that to Liverpool at Anfield, hence ordinarily Liverpool don't make such mistakes.... But this is City. No ordinary team. Liverpool just weren't cautious enough.

Adrian saved us by saving freekicks and long range shots. And 1v1 too. And sometimes penalty. But Alisson on the other hand is not able to save penalties /freekicks/ 1v1. The only thing he is able to save is corners.
