How accurate are the Minecraft LEGO sets? Do they break any rules of the game? Today, I build and explore several Minecraft LEGO sets to see how much attention to detail their creators paid to the game. Are they cursed? What will I find? You might be left saying, "Wait, that's illegal!" Stay tuned to find out!

What's really criminal is the prices for these sets.
It's Lego and these sets are mostly built out of large bricks, not like Star Wars, Architecture or Creator, where they are using many small pieces to get many details into the sets. Large bricks are simply heavier than small ones and they're more expensive to produce because it's more plastic. And they're not using stickers in the Minecraft sets. Everything is printed onto the bricks, which is also a bit more expensive than just using stickers.
Fr i can get a more realistic version of these for 10$

Fun Fact: The circle cake wasn’t the first type of lego minecraft cake that was made. In 2016, there was a square cake made in the 21128 The Village set and years later, The Panda Nursery was released with a circle cake
The 2022 Fox Lodge has a square cake as well...seems as though LEGO realized their mistake and corrected it.

The fact that he reenacts the viewer is so funny i love when youtubers do that and i want to learn that power
The most inaccurate thing about Minecraft Lego is the fact that the characters are too tall. A typical Minecraft player is 2 blocks tall. But acorrding to most of these builds, the characters are at least 3 blocks tall.
Al that milk steve drank finally took effect
Yup right
so a lego minifiger is as tall as an enderman
That’s because of the scale of a minifig. If they properly scaled it to the height of a minifig, the sets would be gargantuan.
I've use LDD to try and get the correct scale. Their blocks are 2x2, making 3 blocks the height of a minifigure. My blocks are 3x3, making 2 blocks the height of a minifigure.

Does anybody else remember the micro sets of lego minecraft? They were small sets based on the biomes in the game and were all cubed and really did look like a miniature biome from the game. I'm just kinda surprised they never became as much of a success as the more modern sets.
Oh yeah I completely forgot about those. They were expensive tho and also some were event exclusive I think?

It’s actually kind of accurate because Mesa biomes have abandoned mineshaft entrances
Well, it is not really impossible to place mushrooms, or as what shown. The reason it is like it is because you can place it in nightime and at day it will stay there. And rather than buttons, you can place black wool and some wool
OK, not defending the creeper mine set, but there is literally an image of the badlands on the box a.k.a the one place where gold spawns on the surface
Kinda annoyed he forgot that
i remember a nice mossy dungeon and spawner spawning above ground near a beach in one of the builds. Only saw it once in eight years of minecraft (been playing longer, just am counting back being on that server). The spawn level was around 70.
@Pham Hoang Gia Bao Also makes more sense if you think about it, why would a freaking stone float in water?
Well sure. For a while you can hypothetically get gold from above the creeper mine and drop it down. There are still two things wrong. 1. The creeper farm would have to be pretty much right next to a mesa mountain for it to be viable at all. 2. As soon as that mountain is mined clean you'll often find yourself walking to the bottom of the base, with the only plausible exception being elytra use.

The furnace scale is a reference to forge mob modding because it uses a furnace as a one block reference
This is so much fun to watch mysteryore! I love your videos!
There used to be lego sets that were set in a miniature biome, every block was 2 1x1 plates stacked on top of each other. These sets had a scale that much more represented the scale of the game. But i think they went a different direction because they wanted more play features for children. While the miniature sets don’t have much of a playable possibility because of they’re tiny scale.

Y'know, lego is highly restricted in designing their sets. Minecarts and beds are so big because of the size of the minifigures, and item frames are so big to fit the items. With impossibly detailed sculptures like the chicken and the creeper, they could be using map art or mods, and that mushroom was probably added so that part of the build wouldn't be completely barren.
m
If Minecraft sets were built to incorporate mods, they would look way cooler. No way is that a real possibility. A barren area can be filled with much more than just an illegal mushroom. They've redesigned Lego minifigures for other sets before, so that's a bad excuse for the awkward beds and minecarts.
I mean, the mushroom could be placed there if only the block it was on was brown It's a small mistake, but it still is a dumb mistake lol
