Cov fan here, Wolves were not at the races from the get-go, if they’d seen our previous games, we are pretty shambolic defensively when you come at us. We felt no pressure and our confidence always builds if we are allowed to play. Fortunately this squad was practically all our regulars so I was confident when I saw the team sheet. Still, we were 9 mins from a loss for all our efforts so well played wolves, but this game was all about showing the magic of the FA Cup, and thank the gods the side who deserved it got the win. Good luck for the rest of the season hope to see the wolves next year.
Hopefully we’ll see you as well in the Premier League next season. Coventry are a good club with a good manager and we need more midlands clubs.
Always knew we would struggle mate Wolves can not play at home against teams we are "supposed" to beat. Coventry were up for it, hungry. You have some good players maybe see you next season, good luck.

Good, honest and fair vlog to watch. Football can break hearts, no doubt about it; although Wolves couldn’t field their best side today thought Coventry City were an object lesson in how to guts out a gritty and determined win with fluid style. Though Wolves fans will be feeling rotten tonight, fair play to Coventry City for playing part in a great FA Cup quarter final tie and going to the end.

The best team won on the day let's be honest Sa kept us in it with some superb saves and some big misses from them Coventry were the underdogs so pressure on us but with big goal scorers injured but Saying that we were clueless really up top and to take the lead into extra time we should be able to see it out just like the late goal v MAN U Sa! Exactly! They were hoping we would not get injuries and what happens all our starting three forwards get injured. Poor management by Shi and the recruitment team. Didn't need to buy. An experienced forward on loan would have done.

I love the emotion you put into your videos Dave and it was a classic cup match end to end. Coventry played us at the best time for them with a lot of our best players out but good luck to them at Wembley and in the league play offs. With our position in the Prem safe let’s hope the club back Gary in the summer and I have been disappointed to hear some of our supporters knocking him on certain blogs already but they have a right to their opinion. AW.

As a Cov fan I would say all credit to Wolves fans for being dignified in defeat. I’ve no doubt that a full strength Wolves team would’ve beat us hands down, but that is football. Good luck in chasing for that European spot

Brilliant Cup tie played as it should be. None of this play out from the back and bore the opposition to death with a thousand passes nonsense. Coventry were at it and the game was thrilling. As a Wolves fan my weekend is ruined, but same as the Players, I'll lick my wounds and get over it ready for the next game . Well Coventry, you deserved your win.

Well played Coventry, they deserved it. That game showed the weakness in the squad, though you can't fault the effort all round. Hard to change the game with the players we had on our bench and so many players playing out of position. Fraser also carrying an injury doesn't help. Can't complain about the VAR, hard to call either way. Time to rest up and give as much as possible for the end of the season. Still positive given the starting point of the season Always Wolves

As a Coventry City fan living in Canada, I remember all those rivalries we both enjoyed in the old Second division days and then the top flight in the past few decades.

Man we missed today above all was Dawson. The defence was disorganised all game, and just collapsed at the end. Yes, we were poor but at 2-1 we had to see it out. Big chance missed.

Best team won. We never really turned up. Thought there first goal should have been ruled out but then semado should have seen red. Conceding 3 at home and it could have been 6 against a mid table championship team ain't good enough. On the bright side we can try again next season

What happened to Wolves today was what happened to Brighton in the last round against Wolves injuries caught up with them. Nevertheless as a Premier top half team you can’t be 2-1 up at home going into injury time in a quarter final of the FA Cup against a Championship team and blow it.

Got what we deserved unfortunately Dave, Coventry were better than us all over pitch (aside from in goal, I thought Sa was excellent). So poor today and the second time this season we've done way into stoppage time, no defence today, we were 2nd best, fair play Coventry.

So close, yet so far, to be honest Coventry were the better side, when we had possession, they had about 3 players around our player, making it difficult for us to play our normal way, disappointed to be out now, but we have had a good cup run
and we missed the quality to play though them
Coventry were better by some way today and full credit to them. Sa was the reason we weren't 3-0 down before half time. Then the same mistakes when we have just scored as earlier in the season - particularly the Man U home game. Messing about by the by-line a third of the way up the pitch, losing possession allowing them in around the back, then for the winner the ball is pulled back to some one free inside the area and no-one takes responsibility to get out and pressure the ball giving the attacker time and space to pick his spot. Lets hope that this time lessons are learned.

Just got up and had breakfast after middle of the night watch here in Brisbane, Dave. If I was a neutral, it would've been a really good watch, a Coventry supporter a great watch, but as a Wolves supporter a devastating watch. Really sorry for you and your Dad, Dave, but all is not lost as Europe is still a possibility if GON can get the squad to forget this one and get the injured players back after the international break. What is it with my f@*^ing team? - Even when the whole game had defeat written all over it - they still manage to lose in a heartbreaking & humiliating way. My heart has so many FA Cup scars on it that it doesn’t break anymore! We should have gone in at 1/2 time at least 2 down - with our attack so weak we really needed our defence to be on it & they just were so sloppy - the whole game was a painful watch without mentioning the last 10 mins - Yes we’re missing our front line but the fact we can’t manage without them makes this a very fair result

Coventry played a great game - schooled us really. First half we had nothing. Second half it took conceding to galvanise the team into action. Sadly all game i saw this result coming, hurts to say but the game was a foregone conclusion for me. Yes we are missing key players and thats noticeable. If we can't win a game like this with the current squad our PL run is likely deteriorate in the final act of the season. And we really don't want to be selling players from this squad - thats all i keep hearing in the news every week - RAN, Semedo, Neto the list goes on. This game proves that we can't afford to lose anyone. Sa...... great stops for sure but they need the 6 second rule back for keepers (or a suitable time version of it), its so hard for me to sit here and not feel annoyed at the time wasting he did. I just hate that part of the game. Karma really as after they scored the third we had no chance to counter when we were actually showing teeth Next year then....

Sky Blue Fan here… just wanted to put this out there that this wasn’t our strongest 11 either. Torp could only make the bench as he’s been injured, o’hare started on the bench, Sakamoto who has been our player of the season is out injured for the season. We had a CB as RB, a RB as a right winger, a striker on the left wing.

This is wolves all over When it comes to the crunch. One game away from Wembley and you'd think every player should be at their best but only Sa and Ait nouri can take any credit The defence were awfull and Coventry should of scored more Lemina who has been fantastic all season was a shadow of himself and lost the ball so many times it led to Coventrys second goal We got ourselves in front and with minutes left from wembley should have managed the game and to concede 2 goals and not even get to extra time is unforgivable! With our best players out up front we can't afford to have a missing defence as well

The best team on the day won. At least it was an entertaining game, with highest of highs, and lowest of lows! Wolves have had a far better season than expected, and we still have Premier league football to look forward to in this season and next.

I feel numb. We never deserved to win, but we were handed the chance to. Even if we played horrible, I'm really sad we couldn't go the extra mile for Sa who kept us in it. Ultimately, squad depth killed us today. We've had our moments this season so I think this was coming, but not sure the next time will be to make a cup run like this. :'(

So sorry for the dream team,however Wolves did not deserve to win today . The depleted squad, the lack lustre performance has been on the cards for a while. But surely game management has to be questioned. Why do Wolves continue to lose matches in added time? I fear for the remaining part of the season especially given the news that Neto's season is almost certainly over. Promised so much and yet delivered so little as so often seems to be the case in recent times.

What can we say about this game it had mistakes in our side and we didn’t manage the game at the end to run the clock down but Coventry are a side that were dangerous with there counters and the scorers of there goals were the players to watch out, we needed the players injured in our side today we were looking tired after we went 2-1 but we have some positives in the game but we will learn from this and then have to put things right for the vanilla game as we have two weeks now to sort it out. Sa kept us in this game with the saves he did deserved the player of the match you gave him. Rating 6
