Day 10 of incubation! We've hit double figures and to celebrate our male bird has been on a feeding quest today. Lots of visits to the box with flies, caterpillars and what looked like a worm at one point. Our female wasn't quite sure what to make of it and just held it in her mouth for a while, looking like she had a brown handlebar moustache.

So funny. Looks to me like mum doesn’t like flies. Every time dad brings one to eat she doesn’t eat it and leaves the nest. Probably to drop it?
