From Dropping Out of UCLA to Building a Six Figure Real Estate Business

Filming this video was both nerve-racking and exciting. As I approach my fifth year in the real estate business, I wanted to reflect back and share with all of you my story (long overdue!)
I hope this video can inspire you to take a risk in life and go after your dreams too :)
I didn't have a chance to address this in the video but I'm sure some of you might be asking yourself - "is college worth it?"
Whether you pursue a college degree or not, I will say looking back, I do wish that I would've committed more energy to my time at UCLA and focused on building my network. It's been said many times before, but who you know, is a key factor to success and you should never overlook an opportunity to connect with as many people as you can.

  • I’m currently in the same position as you were in real estate. In college and have been doing RE for a year but haven’t done any residential deals yet. I have been trying different methods to get lead and prospect. I am curious to know what you did to get your first couple of deals?

  • Chloe thank you for sharing. Although I’m a lot older than you at 49. I’m similar as I’ve went back to school to get my masters in real estate development, while doing this I recently got my real estate license. The struggle of school, my current job, and trying to navigate with this real estate license is challenging. Trying to figure it out. But thank God school ends next May

    • It would be incredibly difficult to run a business just on the weekends - our job is truly to prospect every single day and service our clients during inconvenient times

  • Chloe, you need to make your first 10-15 seconds of your video more engaging. You lost a lot of people in that first amount of time. Look at the analytics.
