    • I don't know their exact plan but from watching their videos over the years. It looks like when in San Jose they do mainly running on the road , on gentle incline for long distance. And when in Dagestan they do repeated hill sprints on very steep grass hills of Dagestan mixed with lifting rocks , shadow boxing and clinch controls. On one video from San Jose they went to a flat track for sprinting but they were not taking it seriously. Just playing around.

    • You should be embarrassed for not having the maturity or wisdom to understand that he dealt with that extremely professionally. He was much younger and the question caught him off guard, he clearly didn't like or feel comfortable with the topic. In that moment he had to find a solution to both move on from the topic and not offend the interviewer for asking such a ridiculously ignorant question. He did a great job, you are the L

    • No you can tell his didn’t like such a question and he was polite in answering. Khabib never had ring girls in EFC and didn’t allow betting or Beer promotions. America could learn a lot from him then and now. I’m a Mom of 2 grown kids and they knew not to talk in that way. I’ve been watching this sport from the start and Dana was a young man and me and him are the same age now. It should always be about respect.
