  • ASMR is just sensory input carefully made to relax a person. A lot of people think sensory stuff can’t be beneficial if u aren’t autistic, or don’t have sensory processing issues, but everyone can find use in putting headphones on for some quiet when there’s a lot of noise and they are having a rough day by their standards, or looking at stringed lights. :)) this is one of my new favorites, thanks!
